Dear Senator Roberts,

Our nation’s debt is past $17 trillion and growing every day.

Wages that have yet to be earned by a 

generation of Kansans that have

yet to be born are already being saddled with

the debt that our federal government

is racking up today.

Washington is gearing up for another fight

over raising our nation’s debt ceiling. I

humbly ask you to vote “NO” on all of 

these future attempts.

Furthermore I ask you to

stand with your conservative colleagues

and fight the attempts to raise our debt that

have already begun behind the scenes.

We can’t afford to wait for the day of a 

vote to offer a last minute resistance.

That battle has to begin today.

Senator, with all due respect, you have already voted 

to increase our nation’s debt eleven

times, and the national debt has risen
