18% choose Trump, July 22-27 Oregon poll:
8/6/15, "Survey: Oregon Voters Prefer Clinton, Trump," Oregon Public Broadcasting, Lizzy Duffy
"A new survey released Thursday finds that Oregon Republicans favor Donald Trump
for the 2016 GOP presidential primary nomination. Meanwhile, Oregon
Democrats put their support behind former Secretary of State Hillary
Clinton, though by a slim margin.
DHM Research in Portland surveyed 536 Oregonians online July 22-27 about their opinions on the primary candidates.
Republican respondents to the poll were asked which GOP candidate
they preferred to receive the party nomination. Eighteen percent
surveyed supported Trump, followed by 12 percent for Wisconsin Gov.
Scott Walker, 11 percent for former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, and 10
percent for Texas Sen. Ted Cruz.
Despite Trump’s lead among the Republicans, the largest portion of the
surveyed Republican group--38 percent--said they think Bush is most
likely to receive the GOP nomination. Only 12 percent said they think
Trump will win the nomination.
The Republican-only segment of the poll
had a 7.7 margin of error."...via Free Rep.
