A day after Wisconsin, media interested in Tea Party for the first time

"Major Bay Area television, radio and newspaper reporters lined up to interview San Francisco Tea Partiers outside two Obama fundraisers in the Financial District on Wednesday. In my three years of covering the Tea Party, I’ve never seen anything like this.

Mainstream media misconduct towards the Tea Party movement is well known: neglect, selective reporting, and dissemination of outright falsehoods. But on Wednesday – one day after Wisconsin Governor Walker’s victory – reporters showed new interest in the Bay Area Right."...
