“The
Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows
that 51% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job
performance. Forty-seven percent (47%) disapprove.
The
latest figures include 37% who Strongly Approve of the president is
performing and 40% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a
Presidential Approval Index rating of -3. (See trends)
Now that Gallup has quit the field, Rasmussen Reports is the only
nationally recognized public opinion firm that still tracks President
Trump’s job approval ratings on a daily basis….
With early voting in full swing and Election Day approaching, we
asked voters if they’re more likely or less likely to tell people how
they are voting. Trump voters held back in 2016, and that unmeasured margin fooled most pollsters, not Rasmussen Reports….
Seventy-seven percent (77%) of Republicans say they always vote in midterm elections,
as do 71% of Democrats and 63% of voters not affiliated with either
major political party. The real story on Tuesday will be which side
turns out even more than usual….
