Comment: Candidate Trump unconditionally promised a wall yet not one inch has been built. Barbed wire would be better than nothing, but now we find we only have 20 miles of it. If candidate Trump had ever said the wall was contingent on congressional funding or approval, Hillary Clinton would be president today. There would’ve been no reason to cheer.
