Bette Midler loves IRS, glad they targeted conservatives but wants to know when they're going after GE and others 'who get away with paying zero taxes'

"Bette Midler declared that she loves the Internal Revenue Service for targeting the tax-exempt status of conservative groups....

Midler, an Obama supporter who has previously tweeted that “Obama inherited this [economic] mess, he didn’t start it,” subsequently made a bizarre statement regarding the IRS scandal that seemed to undercut her partisan argument.

“But when is the IRS going to investigate GE and all the other corporations who get away with paying ZERO taxes???,” Midler tweeted Tuesday.

General Electric chairman and CEO Jeffrey Immelt, whose company has been criticized for paying no taxes, was Obama’s handpicked leader of the president’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness and has said through a spokesman that Obama is a “good partner” and a “good listener.”

Midler admittedly once had sex with Geraldo Rivera."
