Contrary to scary 89% increase prediction, California hospitalizations decreased 14.2%, ICU patients decreased 22.7% in past month, 9/25-10/26, 14 day rolling averages

Instead of “89% increase in hospitalizations,” Calif. government website rolling average shows 14.2% decrease in hospitalizations over past month, 9/25-10/26 and 22.7% decrease in ICU patients.
