In 2003 Hillary said she was “sick and tired” of people who say it’s unpatriotic to disagree with the government, everyone has the right to disagree. Commenter says, not if you’re part of the “vast right wing conspiracy,” then you have to sit down and shut up

.
Hillary, 2003: I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and disagree with this administration you are somehow unpatriotic. We should stand up and say we are Americans and we have a right to debate and disagree with any administration.”

One source says Mrs. Clinton made the remarks “during her address to Connecticut’s Jefferson Jackson Bailey dinner.” (In 2016 the dinner was renamed the “Connecticut Democratic Progress Dinner.”)

“New York Sen. Hillary Clinton opened up both barrels on supporters of President Bush Monday night, saying she’s “sick and tired” of the way the patriotism of Bush’s critics has been questioned.

“I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration somehow you’re not patriotic,” a shrill-sounding Clinton shouted during her address to Connecticut’s Jefferson Jackson Bailey dinner.”
