US is officially a Failed State: FBI Deputy Assistant Director disclosed to media information under seal in a federal court, officially Contempt of Court, but FBI declined to prosecute its official, per Inspector General report-5/29/19

.
5/29/19, US government “declined” to prosecute Deputy Assistant Director of FBI for Contempt of Court, in which he/she disclosed to media information under seal in federal court. Same FBI official on multiple occasions gave reporters sensitive FBI information without authorization, had dozens of official contacts with media in violation of FBI policy:

Text from above OIG excerpt:

The OIG investigation concluded that the [FBI] DAD [Deputy Assistant Director [of FBI]] engaged in misconduct when the DAD: (1) disclosed to the media the existence of information that had been filed under seal in federal court, in violation of 18 USC §401, Contempt of Court; (2) provided without authorization FBI law enforcement sensitive information to reporters on multiple occasions; and (3) had dozens of official contacts with the media without authorization, in violation of FBI policy.

Prosecution of the [FBI Deputy Assistant Director] DAD was declined.”

“This is rather stunning….On Wednesday May 29, 2019, the Office of Inspector General outlined a preponderance of evidence against a corrupt FBI Deputy Asst. Director. However, the DOJ is refusing to prosecute.”…

“The Summary states, in pertinent part:

“The OIG investigation concluded that the [FBI] DAD [Deputy Assistant Director [of FBI]] engaged in misconduct when the DAD: (1) disclosed to the media the existence of information that had been filed under seal in federal court, in violation of 18 USC §401, Contempt of Court; (2) provided without authorization FBI law enforcement sensitive information to reporters on multiple occasions; and (3) had dozens of official contacts with the media without authorization, in violation of FBI policy.

The Summary later states “Prosecution of the [FBI Deputy Assistant Director] DAD was declined.””

Added: US easily qualifies as a Failed State:

In this example, two factors define Failed States and US has both: 1) breakdown of authority, as seen in above example of lawless FBI; and 2) inability to protect its national boundaries:

Failed state, a state that is unable to perform the two fundamental functions of the sovereign nation-state in the modern world system: it cannot project authority over its territory and peoples, and it cannot protect its national boundaries.State failure manifests itself when a state can no longer deliver physical security.Failed states are known to be hospitable to and to harbour dangerous nonstate actors such as…groups that commit terrorist acts.”“Failed State,” Britannica.com, by Naazneen H. Barma (BiographyAssistant Professor of National Security Affairs, Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, Calif. Director, Bridging the Gap Project. She contributed an article on “Failed State” to SAGE Publications’ Encyclopedia of Governance (2007))
……………………………………..

Added: In this example, there’s only one requirement for a Failed State and US qualifies: US can’t or won’t defend its border:

If a nation cannot defend its border, it ceases to exist in any meaningful way.We give up certain freedoms in order to secure others. But if that transaction no longer works…it ceases to have power over us.On 17 September 2016, the then presidential candidate Donald Trump tweeted:‘A nation without borders is not a nation at all. We WILL Make America Safe Again!’ The outcry obscured the fact that Trump was right (in the first half, anyway). Borders determine who’s in and who’s out, who’s a citizen and who’s not, who puts in and who takes from the common pot.”…

"Return of the city-state. Nation-states came late to history, and there’s plenty of evidence to suggest they won’t make it to the end of the century,” aeon.co, Jamie Bartlett, 9/5/2017

Added: The mob impersonating US government is fine with open US borders and a US military that doesn’t defend the US homeland. US Military either sees legal problems in defending us, doesn’t like doing it, and/or has much bigger fish to frythan preventing foreign invaders from crossing the 2000 mile US southern border and scoring an all expenses paid life from enslaved US taxpayers. The media labels as controversial" the mere notion that a US taxpayer funded military would be used to defend the US border. The US military views US citizens as slaves. It concerns itself with everyone and everything except what is supposedly the US “Homeland:”

11/5/18, The Pentagon is resisting Trump’s most controversial military requests for the border,” Vox.com, Alex Ward

“The military won’t do everything Trump wants them to.”

“Resistance to President Donald Trump’s strong-handed military proposals to counter a caravan of immigrants headed toward the US-Mexico border is coming from a surprising place: the Pentagon.

“According to official documents obtained by the Washington Post, troops are allowed to use deadly force to protect “all persons, foreign or domestic, who are faced with imminent threat of death or serious bodily harm, and where lesser means have failed or cannot be reasonably employed.”

It’s so striking that Trump continues to say the military will take actions it likely won’t….

[Timothy] Dunn [of Salisbury University] said it’s also possible the Pentagon just doesn’t want to involve itself too much in a mission it may not care for.

“The military historically has never really been enthusiastic about doing border policing,” he told me. “They have much bigger fish to fry.””

Among comments about lawless FBI and thus lawless US:

apCharles says: May 31, 2019 at 6:49 pm

We need to follow our founders lead….declare independence from Washington D.C. and start our own country. That is what they would have done in our shoes.

Yes we love our country, and our flag, and our history and our founders and what we’ve meant to the human race.

But I must remind, that at one point in their younger lives, our founders too… loved England, loved its history, loved its traditions, culture and what it meant to the advancement of the human race…. the “mother country” as they called it.

They loved it, until they couldn’t any longer. And they built the greatest country as a replacement.

We must stop hiding behind our love of something that doesn’t exist anymore, except in folklore.

We must realize that the Constitution is no longer our protection of rights, but the very cause of everything wrong today.

When a person is no longer allowed to have speech, or accounts at a governmental protected banking institution… because the first amendment protects their right to punish you and kick you out of society… then its time to tear the entire thing into pieces and scatter it into the wind.

We need to declare independence.

We need to start our own country, protect our own borders, institute real law & order, protect speech, self defense and freedom, get government out of everyone’s lives
and back to being a protection against foreign enemies as it should be.

Ironically…taking down Washington D.C, is the only way to protect our founders’ ideals and traditions. By dismantling it and starting anew.”…

Added: It’s not helpful to pretend that anyone is on “our side,” meaning the peoples’ side:

“When we have individuals advocating violence against a sitting president and his supporters and the best our side’s leaders have to offer is a placid shrug: the equivalent of  “well, Leftists will be Leftists,” we must demand a more candid assessment of the situation.”

5/31/19, “Enough Games—They Want to Destroy Us,” American Greatness, Karl Notturno

Comment: No one is on “our side,” certainly not a single "leader." Both political parties are on the same “side,” which is that the US no longer exists except as a bank. The US is a Failed State with no basis for having a military or collecting taxes, run by a mob who roams the world bombing and starving millions of innocent people.
