“Hearing word that Russia, Syria and, to a lesser extent, Iran, are bombing the hell out of Idlib Province in Syria, and indiscriminately killing many innocent civilians. The World is watching this butchery. What is the purpose, what will it get you? STOP!”

7/27/2017, Trump regime envoy Brett MGurk says “Idlib province [in Syria] is the largest Al Qaeda safe haven since 911...this is a huge problem. It’s been a problem for some time.”
9/5/18, “One Year After Calling Idlib “Al Qaeda’s Largest Safe Haven Since 9/11,” the US Govt is Trying to Save it,” Mint Press News, Whitney Webb
“Since last year, Al Qaeda’s presence in Idlib has only grown.”…
“As the Syrian government and its allies prepare to begin a military offensive against the last {Islamic terrorist] rebel-held province in the country, top U.S. government officials and even U.S. President Donald Trump have recently urged Syria to refrain from “recklessly” attacking the Idlib province, warning that it could result in a high civilian death toll. These recent statements of U.S. government officials have sought to portray Idlib as chiefly populated by civilians and benign opposition “rebels.”
Yet, just last year [2017], one of the U.S. government’s top counterterrorism officials involved in the country’s Syria and Iraq policy stated on video that, in contrast to current government statements, Idlib is dominated by none other than the Al Qaeda terrorist group and that the province should be a major focus of U.S. counterterrorism policy given the threat that Idlib represents to global efforts to fight terrorism.
Speaking last July at a conference organized by the Middle East Institute, Brett McGurk – the U.S. government’s Special Presidential Envoy for the Global Coalition to Counter ISIL (Daesh, ISIS) – called Syria’s Idlib province “the largest Al Qaeda safe haven since 9/11 tied directly to Ayman al-Zawahiri [current leader of Al Qaeda].” He then immediately added that the Al Qaeda presence in Idlib was a “huge problem” and had been so “for some time.””

“U.S. President Donald Trump on Sunday urged Russia and Syrian government forces to stop bombing Syria’s Idlib province, following a Friday Kremlin statement that signaled Moscow would continue to back a month-long Syrian government offensive there.
“Hearing word that Russia, Syria and, to a lesser extent, Iran, are bombing the hell out of Idlib Province in Syria, and indiscriminately killing many innocent civilians. The World is watching this butchery. What is the purpose, what will it get you? STOP!” Trump wrote in a Twitter post.
On Friday, the Kremlin said it was Turkey’s responsibility to stop [Islamic terrorists] rebels in Syria’s Idlib province from firing on civilian and Russian targets. Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan has long complained to Moscow about the Russian-backed Syrian government strikes against [Islamic terrorists] rebels who control the country’s northwest….
When asked on Sunday night before departing on a state visit to Britain what he intended to do about the [alleged] massacre of [alleged] civilians in Idlib, Trump told reporters he did not like the situation. “Bad things are happening,” Trump said.”
Why ask Trump this question? Syria is none of his business. Its not his country. The government of Syria didn’t ask for his opinion or “help”. Trump doesn’t even represent a country. The US is a borderless Failed State. Trump himself bombed innocent civilians in Syria in 2017 and 2018, Why not ask him to apologize or resign? Trump should be cheering for Syria as it tries to rid part of its country from Islamic terrorists.

“Those advocating arming [Islamist terrorists in Syria] also assume that, because rebels are fighting a dictator, the [Islamist] rebels must themselves support democracy. While opposition leaders outside Syria speak of inclusive democracy, gender equality and human rights, such concepts are largely alien to the Islamist fighters dominating Syria’s [so-called] rebels, the most influential of whom are groups such as the al Qaeda linked al Nusra Front. Rather, they aim to replace Syria Shia with Sunni power….Many have good reason to detest the Assad government. But this is no reason to provide weapons to those with little regard for democracy and human rights…which for the true interests of Syria’s people and the West may make matters very much worse.”
