Added  For two decades, 1990-2010, the largest population transfer on earth was from Mexico to the United States: 7.4 million, p. 23, pdf, Sept. 2016 UN report,  “International Migration Report 2015,” Dept. of Economic and Social Affairs. ……  

In the ten years from 1990-2000, US added 5 million Mexicans, 500,000 every year 

In the ten years from 2000-2010, US added 2.4 million Mexicans, 240,000 every year. 

Total for 20 years, 1990-2010= 7.4 million
