Stefan Halper's 5 contracts from US government Dept. of Defense, 2012-2017, total $1,058,160. The first three were for generic professional support. The last two, 9/27/2016 and 7/26/2017 were for "Special studies/analysis, Foreign/National Security Policy." The five contracts, dates, and payments are as follows: 5/30/2012, $197,626;  7/30/2014, $204,000; 9/25/2015 $244,960; 9/27/2016, $282,295; and 7/20/2017, $129,280.  Source: fpds.gov.
