John Travolta in the movie Saturday Night Fever, song by the Bee Gees
1977 movie Saturday Night Fever stars John Travolta and Karen Lynn Gorney
Story line from IMDB
"Nineteen-year-old Brooklyn native Tony Manero lives for Saturday nights at the local disco, where he's king of the club, thanks to his stylish moves on the dance floor. But outside of the club, things don't look so rosy. At home, Tony fights constantly with his father and has to compete with his family's starry-eyed view of his older brother, a priest. Nor can he find satisfaction at his dead-end job at a small paint store. However, things begin to change when he spies Stephanie Mangano in the disco and starts training with her for the club's dance competition. Stephanie dreams of the world beyond Brooklyn, and her plans to move to Manhattan just over the bridge soon change Tony's life forever. Written by alfiehitchie"

Lyrics to "Night Fever" by the Bee Gees
"Night Fever"
There is dancin' out there
If it's somethin' we can share
We can steal it
And that sweet city woman
If it's somethin' we can share
We can steal it
And that sweet city woman
She moves through the light
Controlling my mind and my soul
When you reach out for me
Yeah, and the feelin' is right
Then I get night fever, night fever
Controlling my mind and my soul
When you reach out for me
Yeah, and the feelin' is right
Then I get night fever, night fever
We know how to do it
Gimme that night fever, night fever
Gimme that night fever, night fever
We know how to show it
Here I am
Here I am
Prayin' for this moment to last
Livin' on the music so fine
Borne on the wind
Makin' it mine
Night fever, night fever
Livin' on the music so fine
Borne on the wind
Makin' it mine
Night fever, night fever
We know how to do it
Gimme that night fever, night fever
We know how to show it
In the heat of our love
Gimme that night fever, night fever
We know how to show it
In the heat of our love
Don't need no help for us to make it
Gimme just enough to take us to the mornin'
I got fire in my mind
I get higher in my walkin'
And I'm glowin' in the dark
I give you warnin'
And that sweet city woman
Gimme just enough to take us to the mornin'
I got fire in my mind
I get higher in my walkin'
And I'm glowin' in the dark
I give you warnin'
And that sweet city woman
She moves through the night
Controlling my mind and my soul
When you reach out for me
Yeah, and the feelin' is right
Then I get night fever, night fever
Controlling my mind and my soul
When you reach out for me
Yeah, and the feelin' is right
Then I get night fever, night fever
We know how to do it
Gimme that night fever, night fever
We know how to show it
Here I am
Gimme that night fever, night fever
We know how to show it
Here I am
Prayin' for this moment to last
Livin' on the music so fine
Borne on the wind
Makin' it mine
Night fever, night fever
Livin' on the music so fine
Borne on the wind
Makin' it mine
Night fever, night fever
We know how to do it
Gimme that night fever, night fever
We know how to show it
Gimme that night fever, night fever
Gimme that night fever, night fever
We know how to show it
Gimme that night fever, night fever
We know how to do it
Gimme that night fever, night fever
We know how to show it
Gimme that night fever, night fever
We know how to do it."
