Romney greets crowds in Chesapeake, Virginia on first stop after second debate
.
10/17/12, "Romney returns to Virginia,” NewsLeader.com, Chesapeake, Va.
“GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s first stop after debating President Barack Obama was once again Virginia.
Romney hit the campaign trail in Chesapeake Wednesday, telling a crowd at Tidewater Community College that the president “still doesn’t have an agenda for a second term.”
After the two candidates’ first debate earlier this month, Romney’s first major campaign stop was in Fishersville, where he told an enthusiastic crowd that the president’s recovery plans were failing.
Chesapeake, like Augusta County, is heavily Republican.
Romney spoke for about 20 minutes in Chesapeake, according to the Norfolk Virginian-Pilot.”…photo ap
