Obama is to tell the UN he's the person who "sets the agenda"
on the world stage.
If his 'agenda' is to incite savages to violence and murder, then it's true he sets the world's agenda. Al Qaeda would agree with Obama that 4 Americans they murdered 2 weeks ago aren't worth mentioning ("a dust-up"). What better partner could terrorists have?

"National Security Council spokesman Tommy Vietor previews the president's speech to the UN General Assembly next week:
"UNGA always provides an opportunity for the President to put the
international situation in context, and
to put forward a vision of US
leadership....
"As he has in recent days, the President will make it clear that we
reject the views in this video, while also underscoring that violence is
never acceptable – a message that has been echoed by the leaders he has
personally reached out to in places like Libya, Egypt and Yemen. He
will also send a clear message that the United States will never retreat
from the world; will bring justice to those who harm Americans; and
will stand strongly for our democratic values abroad....
Any time the President goes to the UNGA
, he has an opportunity
to set
the agenda on the world stage as the leader of the world’s most
powerful nation.
He does so with the credibility of strengthening our
alliances, ending the war in Iraq,
devastating al Qaeda, and rallying
international action on challenges like securing nuclear materials and
stopping the spread of nuclear weapons.
It’s clear that the United
States is in a stronger position than we were when he took office.""

"Obama Failed: The Terrorist Murders of Americans in Libya," Breitbart, Larry O'Connor
"Ambassador Christopher Stevens was assassinated on September 11th by
al-Qaeda terrorists in Libya. He and three other Americans were
brutally and savagely murdered at the hands of America's enemies. The
Obama Administration and the Clinton State Department were warned about
the attacks. They should have seen it coming. Ambassador Stevens did.
The death of these Americans and the projection of weakness and
humiliation of the United States to the Middle East is a direct result
of President Barack
Obama's fecklessness and incompetence. The attacks
happened on his watch and represent the biggest failure of his tenure as
Commander-in-Chief.
It has been ten days since the bloody attack on the United States
mission in Benghazi, Libya that resulted in the assassination of Amb.
Stevens, and the facts paint a bleak picture of a disengaged and aloof
Commander-in-Chief and a Secretary of State more concerned about the
United States' image rather than the well-being of the diplomats in her
charge. "...

present in Libya to begin their "investigation" (citation below from CBS

it's clear the results will not be known until after the presidential
election:

"Days of planning and online promotion
by hard-line Islamist leaders helped whip up the mobs that stormed the
U.S. Embassy in Egypt and launched a deadly attack on the U.S. Embassy
in Libya that killed an ambassador and three others.
The protest outside the U.S. Embassy in Cairo was announced Aug. 30 by Jamaa Islamiya,

imprisonment of its spiritual leader, Sheikh Omar abdel Rahman. He is
serving a life sentence in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center."...

The US administration is now facing a crisis in Libya.
Sensitive documents have gone missing from the consulate in Benghazi and the supposedly secret location of the "safe house"
in the city, where the staff had retreated, came under sustained
mortar attack. Other such refuges across the country are no longer
deemed "safe"."...

A 2011 Zogby poll in six Arab countries found Obama has driven anti-American sentiment even higher than it was under George Bush (parag. 25 in article) which of course puts American citizens at greater risk. Riots in Egypt and Libya were planned weeks before anyone even heard of a movie but Obama and the media made the movie lie go viral early to ensure the world would burn and incite hatred against Americans. Longtime Obama supporter George Soros thinks that's good: "Yes, Yes, Yes," Soros gleefully exclaimed, anticipating violence in the streets.

US State Dept. hosted 3 days of closed-door talks to discuss ways of "implementing" the rule, a form of which has been pushed for years by 56 Islamic states in the UN. The Obama-led agreement is said to affirm the US rejoining the terrorist controlled UN Human Rights Council.

"Obama's Reset: Arab Spring or Same Old Thing?" The Nation, Nick Turse
"For months now, the world has watched as
protesters have taken to the streets across
the Middle East to demand a greater say in their lives.
In Tunisia and Egypt, they toppled decades-old dictatorships.
In Bahrain and Yemen, they were shot down in the streets as they demanded democracy. In the
United Arab Emirates (UAE),
Kuwait,
Jordan and
Saudi Arabia, they called for reforms, free speech, and basic rights, and ended up bloodied and often in jail cells. In
Iraq, they protested a lack of food and jobs, and in response got bullets and beatings.
As the world watched, trained eyes couldn’t help noticing something startling about the tools of repression in those countries. The armored personnel carriers, tanks and helicopters used to intimidate or even kill peaceful protesters
were often American models....
Since the summer of 2009,
President Obama, by way of the Pentagon and with State Department
approval, has regularly notified Congress of his intent to sell advanced
weaponry to governments across the Middle East, including Bahrain,
Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia and the UAE."...

"The main threat to the administration’s cover-up has never been American reporters, almost all of whom are desperately trying to get Obama re-elected. Rather, the danger is that more of the cell phone pictures and movies that were taken by Libyans of events in Benghazi and, in particular, of Ambassador Stevens,
inevitably will surface, and will disrupt the administration’s narrative.
That may be starting to happen.
This cell phone video purports to show the moment when the Libyan mob
discovers Ambassador Stevens. Is that really what it depicts? I can’t
tell. The setting appears right, and
Breitbart.com
says the victim’s clothing matches what is seen in later photos of
Ambassador Stevens. I can’t judge that. But there is a sickening
credibility to the poster’s claim that what we are seeing here is
Ambassador Stevens being dragged from the “safe house” that turned out to be unsafe and, as far as I can tell, undefended.
Here it is; judge for yourself."...

In 2010 under Obama the US submitted itself for the first time ever to a terrorist-filled UN Human Rights group for judgment. From this emerged a list of hundreds of ways the US needed to improve. "Cuba, Venezuela and Iran" and others scolded the US during
the evaluation which culminated in 2011. The US is impotent because it
funnels billions of US taxpayer dollars yearly on a no-strings basis to
an unelected, unaccountable parasitic group called the UN, then
submits itself to a UN terrorist group for judgment:
"As part of a groundbreaking commitment to improvement under the Obama administration, the U.S. joined the 47-nation Human Rights
Council in 2009. And in doing so, submitted to more international scrutiny.
State Department legal adviser Harold Koh outlined
nine key improvement areas Friday, encompassing about 174 of the 228 recommendations the community had urged on Washington in an initial report last November. Nations are held accountable for what they agree to improve....Cuba, Iran and Venezuela complained the U.S. was brushing too many recommendations aside."...

"Even as...Ms. Rice says that she’s making inroads in her struggle against (UN) Human Rights Council proposed resolutions like a ban on “defamation of religion,” there’s now a better chance that in Geneva such a resolution — which clearly violates America’s First Amendment — will sail through."

"Not only are we seeing the White House
and State Department call more attention to the Mohammed-mocking
"Innocence of Muslims" than any terrorist network ever could've hoped
for, but the President's indefensible scapegoating of the film and filmmaker to draw attention and blame away from U.S. security failures apparently knows no bounds.
Next week, Obama will denounce the film in a speech before the United Nations General Assembly."... via Free Republic
