"Rarely do I disagree with best VP ever but @SarahPalinUSA more qualified than Obama and Biden combined. Huge respect 4 all she's done 4 GOP."

7/29/12, "Palin's qualifications to serve in White House should not be questioned," Lloyd Marcus
"Lloyd Marcus, the Chairman of leading conservative group Campaign to Defeat Obama PAC released the following statement today in response to an ABC news report that former Vice President Dick Cheney criticized Sarah Palin’s qualifications to serve in the White House:
“To suggest that Sarah Palin does not possess the necessary qualifications to serve in the White House is ridiculous on its face. Ever since she was selected in 2008 by the Republican party’s nominee for president, then ratified by the GOP membership at the Republican Party convention, she has proven time and time again to be an extremely capable, inspiring and visionary leader."...via Free Republic

Why all of the discussion about Palin? McCain lost. She lost. Did she help? Did she hurt?
It's a moot point. She's not going to be elected to any national level office ... and it's extremely unlikely that she would even run.
Of course, Palin has gotta keep up appearances, lest her foolish fan base come to their collective senses and recognize that Sarah only cares about the popular and financial success of Sarah.
For Palin, it’s always about self-promotion in an effort to paint herself as God’s gift to patriotism so that her mindless minions will continue to throw their hard-earned money at her and she can continue to maintain the lifestyle to which she has become accustomed.
Palin has had plenty of opportunities to step up to the plate and declare her candidacy. But she lacks the intellect, the work ethic, and the intestinal fortitude for a serious campaign ... and she knows it.
So instead she has opted for the world of "make believe" where she can pretend that she is -- or might possibly, perhaps, one day officially become -- a candidate, and thereby rake in millions of dollars (via donations, book sales, and speaking engagements), bask in the media spotlight, give shallow, snarky speeches and interviews, and evade any true responsibilities.
Advice to Palinites -- get used to the disappointment.
It's clear to most Palin fans that she's not likely to run for high office again-as you suggest. The point of all this is Establishment Republicans such as Cheney were happy to sell this country out and turn us over to the radical left. The entire Bush crowd should have retired from public life in disgrace. They don't care about this country. The only reason anyone started talking about the GOP again after Bush was because of Sarah Palin. She could have won with McCain but McCain didn't want to win and sabotaged the campaign. Beltway GOP types involved with the campaign got nervous when they saw how people took to Sarah so they sabotaged the campaign as well, ran to the media with dirt. So after not giving a damn about lifetimes of work and sacrifice he trashed while in power, not apologizing to us, here comes Cheney, barely recovered from a heart transplant, and he has to go on tv and make uncalled for, untrue, and unprofessional remarks. That's the issue here. In case you're not aware, Establishment Republicans don't consider Democrats their #1 enemy. They view non-establishment republicans as enemy #1. They will use any means necessary to keep us from getting the people we need to save this country.
