US soldier was ordered to delete video proving guilt of Ft. Hood Islamic mass murderer. Will that person be charged with crime of attempted cover up?

"A soldier said he shot cell phone video during last year's Fort Hood deadly rampage but that
  • an officer ordered him to delete the footage.

Under cross examination Friday, Pfc. Lance Aviles told a military court that he deleted the two videos

  • at the direction of his noncommissioned officer on the same day as the shooting, Nov. 5....
On the second day of the hearing, several witnesses again said Hasan, an Army psychiatrist, shouted
  • "Allahu Akbar!" — "God is Great!" in Arabic —
before unleashing a volley of gunfire in a center where soldiers undergo medical tests before deploying."...
