Gallup Poll says as of Feb. 2012 the unemployment number is 9. and the underemployment number is 19.1. Their chart shows these numbers have been the constant rolling averages over the past 2 years. They say the numbers aren't seasonally adjusted but the point is they have remained the same for 2 years. They have not decreased.
