Wisconsin Judge Sumi son Sinderbrand has done work for SEIU and AFL-CIO, called for 'McCarthy' Scott Walker to be recalled, said he can't spell

.
Update #2. Another conflict for 'Stay' Judge husband gave money to 3 of Badger 14 who fled state to avoid vote.

Update: From 3/15 report, the first judge assigned to this case actually did recuse herself due to prior work on behalf of public sector unions. It is worth noting that the pending case is not about the content of the law, but a procedural matter. Public sector unions receive dues from private sector working Americans funneled through public sector union members. They then spend the taxpayers' own money against them to sway elections.

The following about the current judge's son is worthy of consideration but probably won't matter. The right doesn't have the spine to fight the left which knows it can use any method it wants based on Obama backing them and his refusal to pursue a clear case of voter intimidation with a deadly weapon. Wisconsin Judge Sumi's son Jake Sinderbrand's "Left Field Strategies" lists his qualifications.

He also has a Facebook page (following) which includes a smear against Gov. Scott Walker.

"Both the SEIU and the AFL-CIO have members who are public-sector employees in Wisconsin. In fact, as a federation, the AFL-CIO can boast of several member-unions that represent public-sector employees."...

(This is for those interested in historical reference. For example, some people were certain that Dick Cheney did things to benefit Halliburton even though he no longer worked there. ed.)

3/20/11, "Jake Sinderbrand," from Freedom Eden blog,

Jake Sinderbrand's Facebook page took shots at Gov. Scott Walker:

"Here's a nice comment from Judge Sumi's son about Governor Scott Walker:
Forget the Marquette transcripts--I wonder how this guy passed kindergarten math

This one requires an explicit language warning:"

Sinderbrand:
  • "RIP middle class--Wisconsin has officially become the Tea Party's laboratory for plutocracy. This is the beginning of the end unless we can get these fuckers out of office. 299 days to recall; please do what you can to fight this travesty."
"Sinderbrand calls Governor Walker "McCarthy Jr." as he counts down the days to a recall election."

""Even Republican pollsters are showing that Wisconsin opposes union-busting (and Republican papers are reporting it)."...363 days and counting
...says the Judge's son.
----------------------------------------------

The Judge's son confuses private and public sector unions. The latter aren't dealing with evil corporations for benefits, but with working people of America whose taxes pay them as well as their union dues. The average person doing the same job and not in a union makes less money and has few if any of the benefits public sector workers have. It's not equal, but the main problem today is everyone is out of money (except Wall Street and government aided businesses). Regarding the middle class, that's the Tea Party, the former Silent Majority. Many of them have spent time and money they don't really have to try and save this country at the 11th hour.

----------------------------------------------

Again, for those keeping track of these things.
