Spain unemployment 20% --Obama seeks to emulate. Anybody home in Congress?

As in the US, crisis fueled by sub prime scandal, government failure to anticipate impact of lost property tax revenue, low gdp, and high public sector fixed employment. Cloward-Piven bona fides, a proven recipe for failure which Obama is deliberately following. With few exceptions, the weaklings in congress are going along with this criminal gravy train.
