“The latest of Ukraine’s incessant war crimes: I arrived back in the DPR, Saturday, arriving in Donetsk just after
Ukraine resumed its bombing of the very centre of the city,
killing at least 4 people, including a woman I saw still on the ground.
This area, residential and commercial, with parks and restaurants and civilian infrastructure,
is in no way a military target for Ukraine.
This is pure terrorism on Ukraine’s part.
War crimes, to add to the long list of war crimes Ukraine has committed
against the people of the Donbass for over 8 years.

UN has voluntarily relinquished its role as protector of international law and is now a subservient US "ally." For example UN supported US violent overthrow of Ukraine's elected government in 2014, sent a diplomat to Ukraine to endorse it. Instead of "international law," US has invented what it calls "rules based order," in which it makes "rules" other countries must follow.
