Who is allowing US butchers to conduct land patrols in Syria as one of “two NATO allies,” the other "ally" being Turkey, which at least shares a border with Syria?-Reuters...(US must be charged with war crimes for its 8 bloody years backing Islamic terrorists, butchery, and bombing in Syria)

.
For their own safety, 70+ countries hosting 800 US military bases around the world should immediately evict US personnel and close the bases. US brutally destroyed Syria for no reason and now threatens sanctions on anyone who tries to help rebuild Syria.

9/6/19, “Turkish-U.S. land patrols in Syria to start on Sept. 8: Anadolu," Reuters, Ankara

“Joint military land patrols by Turkish and U.S. forces in northeast Syria are planned to start on Sept. 8, state-owned Anadolu news agency quoted Defense Minister Hulusi Akar as saying on Friday.

The two NATO allies are working to establish what Turkey says will be a “safe zone” along the border in northeast Syria – a region mainly controlled by Kurdish YPG forces – and have conducted multiple joint helicopter patrols over the area.”

Comment: So "two NATO allies,” in this case US and Turkey, can just go to any country in the world and pursue their alleged interests because they’re “NATO allies.” By this logic, NATO is world government. By any measure, US shouldn't be allowed to set foot in Syria, yet it continues to illegally occupy a third of the country. "Occupying Syria militarily, for whatever purpose, is a violation of international and U.S. law. The land is indisputably Syria’s and the Constitution requires Congress to authorize war." Americans should anticipate being bombed into oblivion in well deserved retaliation for US treatment of Syria and the entire Middle East. Unprovoked US aggressions put US citizens in danger since countries and regions are justified in attacking the US in return. We’re sitting ducks, waiting for accounts to be settled. Exactly who made the criminal decision to allow the US to remain in Syria for one more day? This person must be accountable to US taxpayers and voters. If we're to be told that it's a matter for "NATO" and "NATO allies," fine. That means the US has become a dictatorship, should be expelled from the UN Security

Council, and the entire Executive Branch of the US government must resign and possibly be tried for war crimes. There must be consequences for the fact that as many as 1,000 members of the Harakat Nour al-Din al-Zenki Islamic terror group were on the CIA payroll. And that "the Zenki movement used American TOW missiles well into 2015, supplied by an allied forces center that’s reportedly staffed with CIA officials. An Amnesty International report about human-rights abuses found that Zenki was responsible for torture and forced confessions in Aleppo, where it is based. One media activistcould hear the sounds of people being tortured while being held by the brigade."

US taxpayers have been forced to finance the prolonged attempt to overthrow Syria’s legitimate government for 8 years, including, without provocation, US illegal invasion of Syria, illegal occupation of a third of Syria, massive backing of Islamic terrorism in Syria, insistence by congress that it must continue selling weapons to terrorists indefinitely, US funneling elite heavy weapons including coveted TOW anti-tank missiles to Islamic terrorists for the purpose of overthrowing Syria’s sovereign government and installing a US puppet. US TOW missiles were considered key in terrorists capturing Idlib province. "The [Islamic terrorist] rebel offensive in Idlib [in 2015] succeeded largely due to the lethal combination of Nusra suicide bombers and US-provided TOW anti-tank missiles. FSA [Free Syrian Army, an Al Qaeda group] commander Fares Bayoush from the Fursan al-Haq brigade explained to the LA Times "that his group's TOW missiles played an important role in repelling government tanks during a March [2015] offensive in Idlib province spearheaded by an Islamist coalition called the Army of Conquest, which includes Al Nusra Front.”…Syria analyst Hassan Hassan observed in Foreign Policy that, “The Syrian [terrorist] rebels are on a roll,” and that “the recent offensives in Idlib have been strikingly swift–thanks in large part to suicide bombers and American anti-tank TOW missiles.….The close cooperation between [terrorist] FSA brigades and [terrorist] rebels from the al-Qaeda affiliated Nusra Front in Idlib was encouraged by US planners....Also a myth is the idea that any US intervention in Syria would seek to protect civilians. While allegations that Syrian and Russian forces were committing genocide in Aleppo proved baseless, US planners have themselves supported [Islamic terrorist] rebels intent on committing genocide and sectarian mass murder. This was clearly evident in the Syrian city of Latakia, which by the time of the Russian intervention in October 2015 was on the verge of falling to a coalition of Syrian [Islamic terrorist] rebel groups including al-Qaeda (known in Syria as the Nusra Front) and the US-armed and funded [terrorist group] Free Syrian Army (FSA). Robert Worth of the New York Times writes that "In Latakia, some people told me that their city might have been destroyed if not for the Russians.""...

Trump is a Human Shield for Islamic terrorist butchery, threatened a “massive attack” on Syria if its government merely tried to rescue its own citizens trapped in terrorist controlled Idlib. Did you know the US refuses to give one penny of humanitarian aid to suffering Syrian children unless they live in terrorist-controlled areas? “The U.S. State Department, USAID, and other government agencies have refused to provide humanitarian aid to government-held areas in Syria and have instead expressly used the funding to bankroll the political, civil, and health infrastructure of [Islamic terrorist] rebel-held territory, including areas that are governed by Syria’s al-Qaeda affiliate, Jabhat al-Nusra. The Guardian exposed how similar aid initiatives by the British government financed the activities of al-Nusra and other extremist Salafi-jihadist militias. [Former Obama Ambassador] Ford acknowledged in his [2018] testimony that U.S. humanitarian aid to Syria was heavily politicized, explaining: The U.S. also has deployed a small civilian team into Syria charged with initial reconstruction and building new local governance or improving on existing local governance. If it sounds like nation-building, it is but on a smaller scale. USAID and other civilian agencies have provided $875 million in non-lethal and stabilization aid to opposition-controlled [Islamic terrorist controlled] areas in Syria since FY 2012. Last year [2017] alone the US provided about $200 million.” This politicized humanitarian funding has been part of a concerted effort to undermine the Syrian government’s control over Syrian territory by creating independent political administrations, civil society organizations, health institutions, and infrastructure that are outside of its control, effectively establishing de facto autonomous governments that survive on U.S. [taxpayer] funding.”…2/9/2018, US Ambassador Confirms Billions Spent on Regime Change in Syria, Debunking ‘Obama Did Nothing’ Myth,”The Gray Zone, Ben Norton]

Did you know the US recently "warned" countries that anyone who tries to help the government of Syria rebuild from years of US bombings will be subject to punishment by US sanctions? This must be "US values."

US government refuses to stop arming terrorists:

 "H.R. 608 - Stop Arming Terrorists Act"

Govtrack.us: "As November 2017, only 14 other lawmakers out of 435 United States House of Representatives have co-sponsored Gabbard’s House bill. [Rand] Paul’s Senate version of the bill, on the other hand, has zero cosponsors."

Added: US taxpayers are silent about being forced to support Islamic terrorist butchery in Syria:

6/8/2019, "MSM Mourns Death Of CIA-Backed Syrian Al-Qaeda/ISIS Ally," Caitlin Johnstone

"The blame for all the death, suffering and chaos which ensues from a sovereign nation [Syria] fighting to reclaim its land from these bloodthirsty factions [Islamic terrorists] rests solely on the [US] government bodies which inflicted  their dominance over the region in the first place….After it was discovered that the US and its allies armed actual, literal terrorist factions in Syria with the goal of effecting regime change, the only sane response would have been for the public to loudly and aggressively demand that all governments involved to take immediate action to completely rectify all damage done by this unforgivable war crime at any cost, and for there to be war crimes tribunals for every decision maker who was a part of it. Instead, because of propaganda…the public remains asleep to the depravity of its rulers."

Added: End taxpayer funding of the War Industry. It's free to raise money from private sources:

6/23/2017, "Only 2% Of Lawmakers Support The ‘Stop Arming Terrorists Act'," Mint Press News, Alice Salles

"The Stop Arming Terrorists Act would bar federal agencies from using taxpayer funds to provide weapons, training, intelligence, or any other type of support to terrorist groups."

"One of the few elected Democratic lawmakers with an extensive anti-war record, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii), has combined forces with Sen. Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) to push legislation through both the House and the Senate that would bar federal agencies from using taxpayer-backed funds to provide weapons, training, intelligence, or any other type of support to terrorist cells such as al-Qaeda, ISIS, or any other group that is associated with them in any way.

The Stop Arming Terrorists Act is so unique that it’s also the only bill of its kind that would also bar the government from funneling money and weapons through other countries that support (directly or indirectly) terrorists such as Saudi Arabia.

To our surprise--or should we say shame?--only 13 other lawmakers out of hundreds have co-sponsored Gabbard’s House bill. [HR 608] Paul’s Senate version of the bill, [S532] on the other hand, has zero cosponsors.

While both pieces of legislation were introduced in early 2017, no real action has been taken as of yet [through August 2019]. This proves that Washington refuses to support bills that would actually provoke positive chain reactions not only abroad but also at home. Let’s look at the groups that would lose a great deal in case this bill is signed into law.

Military & Homeland Security Companies, Lobbyists, And Lawmakers All Profit From War

With trillions of tax dollars flowing to companies such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and even IBM, among others, companies that invest heavily in weapons, cyber security systems, and other technologies that are widely used in times of war would stand to lose a lot — if not everything — if all of a sudden, the United States chose to become a nation that stands for peace and free market principles.

For one, these companies have a heavy lobbying presence, ensuring that lawmakers sympathetic to their plight are elected every two years. When the possibility of a new conflict appears on the horizon, these companies are the first to lobby heavily for action.

But this dynamic isn’t a secret....After all, President Dwight D. Eisenhower warned the nation in his farewell address in 1961 that an immense military establishment and a large arms industry” were becoming the great powers behind U.S. politics, and that if we weren’t weary of this influence, we would risk living in a perpetual state of war.

Still, we allowed it to take over. And there isn’t one industry powerful enough to counter this destructive authority.

With the support of an army of well-established and connected millionaire lobbyists, the war machine operating in Washington is so powerful that anything can be turned into an existential threat.

Any conflict abroad that has absolutely no importance or that poses literally no threat to the common American is inflated to become a threat to the American way of life. They hate us “for our freedom.” Therefore, we must show them what democracy looks like.

Without the same kind of powerful and wealthy team behind the cause for sanity and peace, this army of big money and big lobbyists has single-handedly put us and many generations to come in debt over Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Libya, Yemen, and now Syria. And as the marketing machine behind this kind of lobbying effort taps into the social justice trend that has infiltrated every aspect of our culture in recent years, these organizations have learned that they will get even broader support from the public if they add feminist, anti-poverty, and pro-equality messages to their pro-war efforts.

#BringBackOurGirls

Take the #BringBackOurGirls campaign, for instance, which, as NBC has reported, originated with “Obiageli Ezekwesili, a former vice president of the World Bank for the Africa region and a senior advisor on Africa Economic Development Policy for the Open Society Foundations”  —  a George Soros-backed foundation.

In no time, the social media “effort” had become the most effective lobbying force behind the expansion of the never-ending war on terror. And whether it was meant to promote this outcome or not, it helped the United States easily invest more tax dollars into an unwinnable war.

As you can see, even if Gabbard and Paul managed to use all of their time to force the Stop Arming Terrorists Act through Congress so it could get to President Donald Trump’s desk, the powers at play in Washington would do their best to sweep this effort under the rug. Not because individuals involved in pro-war lobbying are, perhaps, thirsty for war per se, but because the system under which they operate allows for bad incentives to produce a great deal of wealth and influence, tilting the balance toward evil.

Without a state that can be bribed, companies would be left to fend for themselves and stay afloat by making customers… happy. And you can’t make customers happy if all you have to offer is war."

March 3, 2017, "Why Does the US Continue to Arm Terrorists in Syria?" James Carden, The Nation..."The “Stop Arming Terrorists Act” should be a top priority for the 115th Congress." [2017-2018]

"Hawaii Democratic Representative Tulsi Gabbard’s HR 608, the Stop Arming Terrorist Act would put an end to the counterproductive, unaccountable, and immoral CIA “train and equip” program in Syria. The act, which has attracted eight co-sponsors, including North Carolina Republican Walter Jones and Virginia Republican and Army veteran Thomas Garrett, would prohibit “the use of federal [US taxpayer] agency funds to provide covered assistance to: (1) Al Qaeda, Jabhat Fateh al-Sham, the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), or any individual or group that is affiliated with, associated with, cooperating with, or adherents to such groups.”

Incredibly, after nearly six years of war [as of 2017], the US government continues to fund [Islamic terrorist] rebel groups that, far from being moderate, often subscribe to an Islamist ideology long funded and propagated by the Gulf State tyrannies Saudi Arabia and Qatar—with, in recent years, a healthy assist from Erdogan’s Turkey....

Gabbard’s bill takes on an even greater urgency in light of recent events. Last Thursday [Feb-March 2017] UN-backed peace talks between representatives of the Syrian government and rebel factions resumed in Geneva, but progress, such as it was, stalled over the weekend when suicide bombers loyal to a the [Salafist Islamic terrorist] rebel alliance Tahrir al-Sham killed 42 people in the government-held Syrian city of Homs.

Tahrir al-Sham consists of [Salafist Islamic terrorist] rebel factions that include Nour al-Din al-Zinki (recipients of US funding as recently as 2015), which gained worldwide attention when its members cut the head off of a child last summer [2016]; and the allegedly moderate US-funded [Islamic terrorist] rebel group Fastaqim, which recently allied itself with Ahrar al-Sham, which itself adheres to an extreme Salafist ideology and is a constituent part of Tahrir al-Sham.

A July 2016 report by Amnesty International condemned both Nour al-Din al-Zinki and Ahrar al-Sham for committing “serious violations of international humanitarian law, including abductions, torture and summary killings.”

Yet, as The Washington Post reported this past Sunday [March 2017], under a “three-year-old program initiated by the United States, [Islamic terrorist] rebel groups that have been vetted by the CIA receive [US taxpayer] support in the form of salaries, light arms and ammunition, and limited quantities of anti-tank missiles.” Currently there are around a dozen such US-backed groups. According to the Post, The supplies are overseen by a military operations center known as Musterek Operasyon Merkezi, or MOM, comprising representatives of the US-backed Friends of Syria.”

Alarmingly, according to a report on February 8 [2017] in the Financial Times, “MOM-backed commanders”—that is to say, US-backed [Islamic terrorist] rebel commanders—“regularly inflated their forces’ numbers to pocket extra [US taxpayer provided] salaries, and some jacked up weapons requests to hoard or to sell on the black market. Inevitably, much of that ended up in ISIS hands."

“The CIA knew about this, of course,” a former US-backed rebel commander told the FT, “everyone in MOM did.”

This wouldn’t be the first time the United States—perhaps inadvertently, but perhaps notworked to strengthen ISIS’s position. As the redoubtable Middle East correspondent Patrick Cockburn has reported, the US has studiously avoided attacking ISIS from the air if it is fighting the Syrian army because it is frightened of being accused of helping President Bashar al-Assad to stay in power.”

By now, it should hardly need saying that the passage of Gabbard’s legislation, given all that we know about America’s involvement in the Syrian civil war, should be a top priority for the 115th Congress."

Added: Syria has “been the target of one of the most expensive and sophisticated disinformation campaigns in recent history.”…

With what object? Answer: US taxpayers. Hundreds of millions of dollars have been spent with the single goal  of eliciting even more US taxpayer funded bloody intervention and butchery in Syria.

An American man's belief in the US myth that Free Syrian Army, FSA, was “moderate,” caused him to be imprisoned and tortured for two years. Visiting Syria in 2012, Padnos was captured by al Qaeda, managed to escape, begged to be taken to FSA. But FSA delivered him back to Al Qaeda [Nusra] people who first captured him.…10/29/2014, “My Captivity,” NY Times]

Terrorist trivia: Nusra vs ISIS:The real issue between the Nusra Front and [ISIS] the Islamic State was that their commanders, former friends from Iraq, were unable to agree on how to share the revenue from the oil fields in eastern Syria that the Nusra Front had conquered….Many of the Nusra Front soldiers told me that over the previous months, their siblings and cousins had been fighting for the Islamic State. The pay was better….The Nusra Front higher-ups were inviting Westerners to the jihad in Syria not so much because they needed more foot soldiers-they didn’t-but because they want to teach the Westerners to take the struggle into every neighborhood and subway station back home.Over time, they said, the jihadists would carve mini-Islamic emirates out of the Western countries.“…NY Times, by American Padnos held captive in Syria for two years by Nusra]
