Obviously it's got to be Gingrich over Obama

.
1/21/12, "Newt Gingrich Wins. What It Means." Erick Erickson, RedState.com

"Newt Gingrich’s rise has a lot to do with Newt Gingrich’s debate performance. But it has just as much to do with a party base in revolt against its thought and party leaders in Washington, DC. The base is revolting because they swept the GOP back into relevance in Washington just under two years ago and they have been thanked with contempt ever since.

Adding insult to injury, the party
and thought leaders now try to foist on the base a milquetoast moderate from Massachusetts. Newt Gingrich can thank Mitt Romney and more for the second look he is getting. Base hostility will now be exacerbated by Mitt Romney’s backers now undoubtedly making a conscious effort to prop up Rick Santorum to shut down Newt Gingrich."...

------------------------------

Ed. note: Pamela Geller describes Gingrich best: "He's a son of a bitch, but he's our son of a bitch." Romney was hell bent on losing, would not bend. A carbon copy of McCain who never wanted to win, told us to shut up, that Obama would be fine. Such a person should of course not be a presidential candidate.

-------------------------------

Obama sought out a prominent author who believed the US was complicit in many genocides throughout the 20th century. She's now his top foreign policy adviser:

3/6/2008, "Obama's foreign adviser was Ignatieff's Harvard 'soulmate'," The Ottawa Citizen

"Samantha Power, a Harvard University professor, had no idea who Senator Barack Obama was
when his office called in 2005 looking for an appointment to discuss her 2003 Pulitzer Prize-winning book on genocide (""A Problem from Hell: America and the Age of Genocide," which discusses American complicity in various 20th-century genocides from Armenia to Rwanda.)."...
  • In preparation for their meeting, Power listened to Obama's 2004 DNC speech,
"explaining how inequality, unfairness and poverty still dominate great swaths of the United States.

"I had a cry," Ms. Power would later tell the American magazine, The Nation. "I couldn't believe the speech, couldn't believe the country he was telling me I lived in."" (ie, how horrible the US was).

(continuing, The Ottawa Citizen): "At the end of the meeting, and without being asked, Ms. Power volunteered to work for Mr. Obama, even if it meant just answering his telephone....

(Today) Ms. Power... is usually cited as his senior foreign policy adviser."...

--------------------------------------

Obama sought out the author of a book selling US complicity in numerous genocides in the 20th century. She's now his top foreign policy adviser. For her part, she was so deeply moved by his view that the US is horrendous that she was brought to tears and became completely devoted to him. Two who deeply believe Americans to be mass murderers among other things, are now dishing out our punishment.

P.S. From the Ottawa Citizen, Ms. Power believes genocide isn't so bad as long as she decides whom should die (more here):

"Among those (foreign policy) musings is a 2002 statement that the United States should use military muscle, if necessary, to end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Conservative commentators have consequently branded Ms. Power anti-Israeli, a term also thrown at Ms. Power's 'soulmate' from Harvard University, Canada's deputy Liberal leader, Michael Ignatieff."

Samantha Power's husband Cass Sunstein is Obama's Czar of Regulation. Sunstein believes in covert government control only when government has good intentions, such as his own:

1/15/2010, "Obama confidant's spine-chilling proposal," Salon.com Glenn Greenwald

"Cass Sunstein has long been one of Barack Obama's closest confidants. Often mentioned as a likely Obama nominee to the Supreme Court, Sunstein is currently Obama's head of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs where, among other things, he is responsible for "overseeing policies relating to privacy, information quality, and statistical programs." In 2008, while at Harvard Law School, Sunstein co-wrote a truly pernicious paper proposing that the U.S. Government employ teams of covert agents and pseudo-"independent" advocates to "cognitively infiltrate" online groups and websites -- as well as other activist groups -- which advocate views that Sunstein deems "false conspiracy theories" about the Government. This would be designed to increase citizens' faith in government officials and undermine the credibility of conspiracists."...

Over time, you can get people to believe anything. 82% of Egyptian Muslims believe you should be stoned to death for adultery:

"82% endorse the stoning of people who commit adultery"

2/11/11, "Pew Global Attitudes Project" conducted 4/12/10-5/7/10, released 12/2/10

Of the 90% of the Egyptian population that is Islamic:

  • 77% support whippings and cutting off of hands for crimes like theft and robbery
  • 84% support the death penalty for those who leave the Muslim religion
  • 20% support suicide bombing in defense of Islam"...
"The population of Egypt is approximately 80.5 million,
  • 90% of which is Muslim (mostly Sunni)."...
