NY Times saves most important info about White House shooter til very end of article

.
One doesn't find out the recent 21 year old White House shooter is a result of Idaho's failed criminal justice system until the very end of the NY Times article. They tell you the life story of the gun involved while the shooter's criminal past is almost a footnote.
