'Do American people deserve to know what happened to their half billion dollars?' Solyndra execs both answer: 'I invoke the 5th'

9/23/11, Rep. Barton: "I want to ask Mr. Harrison (Solyndra Pres.) if he thinks the American people who invested over half a billion dollars deserve to know what happened to that money?"

Solyndra Pres. and CEO Brian Harrison: Begins saying he'd like to help then invokes the 5th.

Asked the same question by Rep. Barton:

"Harrison and Stover were flanked at the hearing by their private criminal attorneys, who advised their clients to invoke their Fifth Amendment rights and not testify due to an ongoing criminal investigation by the Department of Justice. Solyndra filed for bankruptcy Sept. 6 and its
