Trump is the “animal,” not Assad. Trump must apologize and resign for bombing Syria in April 2018 based on fake, unvetted “evidence.” Target was US taxpayers and Trump failed to protect us. Had he waited he’d know no sarin gas or nerve agent was found, entire Douma event was staged, cylinders placed by hand, not dropped from air. US Taxpayer Funded War and Starvation Machine must end or US must end

In May 2019–A previously unpublished copy of Feb. 2019 OPCW report was made public after being leaked. 5/21/19, “Has OPCW Become a Four-Letter Word?” Martin Jay, Strategic Culture

“The information war between those who believe that OPCW investigations in Syria over the chemical attack of Douma in 2018 was staged – verses those who choose to believe the West’s blithe claim that Assad poisoned his own people – is more or less over.

In recent months a number of curious elements of the investigation have been questioned by cynics who don’t swallow the West’s assertion that President Assad was dropping chemicals – sarin or chlorine – on his own people, such as the delay in the reaction of the OPCW itself in getting investigators there on the ground, through to the obvious bias of the way the investigation was handled. There was always a whiff of something quite unsavoury about the probe into the Douma chemical attack, which we should not forget resulted in air strikes [bombing] being carried out in April of 2018 by France, the US and the UK.

And now we know what it is and a great deal of the mystery around the OPCW and its investigation can now be revealed.

The report was doctored.

Evidence which has emerged this week shows how, critically, engineers who were commissioned to carry out studies more or less immediately after the attack, had their findings blocked from making it into the final report, which was an opaque dossier which failed to really nail Assad, but also carefully avoided any suggestion that the West had set up the whole thing, using its Al Qaeda mercenaries in the region, which had been actually seen a couple of weeks earlier being trained by UK special forces in how to go about using chlorine.

Originally many skeptics such as myself were astounded that so much time had passed before the OPCW seemed to move – given that western figures like the then UK foreign minister Boris Johnson spoke about “evidence” and being “certain” that Assad had carried out the attack.

We now know though why it appeared that they hadn’t sent investigators there on the ground immediately. They had. But their findings proved controversial and didn’t support the West’s narrative that Assad had done the deed.

According to an incendiary report just published by a mostly British academic Assad-leaning group, the engineers’ findings – that the cylinder tanks were almost certainly not dropped from the air – were completely left out of the final report. Crucially, if this element had been put into it, the West would have had to admit that it had really got it wrong on Assad and that its own governments were faking the theatre of war, not to mention the fake news which is fed to MSM outlets in the days after. Who could, after all, forget the BBC report from the hospital showing the victims in agony, which finally was revealed to be staged video footage handed to the BBC who took it hook, line and sinker.

But now the cat is fully out of the bag. The OCPW report itself was also heavily redacted.”…

[Ed. note: “In 2018, the State Dept. claimed that it had credible proof of the « use of Sarin gas by Syria »…, while Russia denounced a spectacle commanded by the United Kingdom. The British Minister for Foreign Affairs, Boris Johnson, played his indignation with a straight face, railing against these « grotesque, bizarre accusations », and this « flagrant lie ». However, the attack was alleged by three sources, all of them British – the White Helmets (a NGO controlled by MI6), the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (a shopfront for the Muslim Brotherhood with Intelligence by MI6), and the Army of Islam (an armed group founded by Zohran Allouche, whose entire family lived in London in a luxurious residence guarded by the police). The mission of the OPCW, blocked by the Army of Islam, was to count the bodies of the victims and autopsy them. It was not authorised to enter Douma until after they had been « incinerated » – an unbelievable treatment for the bodies of Muslims, and not justified from a sanitary point of view. According to the OPCW, the samples taken attest to the fact that no prohibited chemical substance had been used in Douma. None….They may have contained a chlorinated toxic substance. Chlorine disperses in the open air. It can only kill in a confined space. This is why it has never been listed as a prohibited weapon, and is used by everyone as a household cleaning product.”]

(continuing): "“It is hard to overstate the significance of this revelation. The [US taxpayer funded] war-machine has now been caught red-handed in a staged chemical weapons attack for the purposes of deceiving our democracies into what could have turned into a full-scale war amongst the great-powers” says firebrand maverick politico George Galloway on twitter.

But if this report is correct in its assertions, then we can be sure that most of what is being reported by western media is entirely false and part of a longer term strategy to build the case against Iran to carry out a strike “defending” the West. Just in the last few days there are reports of John Bolton planning to send 120,000 US troops to the region to intimidate Iran into accepting the demands of Trump over its weapons program. This coincides with an elaborate series of minor fake news stories over Iran presenting itself as a “threat” to the US, justifying a US air craft carrier being sent to the Persian Gulf amidst tensions from reports of Iran moving troops to prepare itself to be on the receiving end of a strike. And then the oil tankers attacked off the UAE shores which the same fake news machine is hinting was done by Iran – when most seasoned hacks know could have easily been staged by the Saudis or Emiratis. It’s interesting how no one was hurt in the so-called attacks.

But if the OPCW can get away with this report and its false assertion, then it’s hard to see how we can expect to understand what is really happening in the middle east if we are to rely on reporters working for western agencies who are happy to play their role in this nefarious ruse of Trump’s. If the truth about Douma is as ghastly as we are led to believe – i.e staged by the West so as to build the case against Iran and its proxies – then we shouldn’t be remotely surprised by the histrionics of tankers being attacked in the same region, with no casualties and Iran being accused, with no evidence. It’s hard to not be shocked by the implications of the doctored report and harder to understand how biased and poor western newsrooms have become over reporting on the region, with the BBC continuing to plummet in terms of standards of fact checking. The lack of on air corrections is also hardly edifying. We’re living in a new era, with a new syndrome. And it’s called O.P.C.W.”…map above from World Atlas

Added: Linked above: BBC headline buries the lead, which is that no “sarin” gas, nor any nerve agent was found, also no blame was assigned. Near end of article it says “no evidence of nerve agents” was found. Mentions chlorine “likely,” but fails to note that, “Chlorine disperses in the open air. It can only kill in a confined space. This is why it has never been listed as a prohibited weapon.” Not until the third to last sentence is it reported that OPCW inspectors didn’t begin their research until two weeks after the alleged attack. If this is correct, Trump dropped bombs before OPCW had even set one foot in Douma.

March 1, 2019, Syria war: Chlorine likely to have been used in Douma attack – OPCW,” BBC

“The global chemical weapons watchdog has concluded chlorine is likely to have been used in an attack on the Syrian town of Douma last April.

The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) said data gave “reasonable grounds that the use of a toxic chemical [that evaporates in open air and isn’t a “banned” chemical] as a weapon took place”.

“This toxic chemical contained reactive chlorine,” it added, without assigning blame.

Medics said more than 40 people died in the [alleged] attack on the then rebel-held area.

The US, UK and France accused Syrian government forces, who were besieging Douma, of using chemical weapons in the 7 April attack, and carried out air strikes [bombing] [only a week later with no evidence on which to base bombing of innocent Syrians] in retaliation.

The Syrian government has denied ever using chemical weapons. Its ally Russia has [correctly] said the attack was “staged” by rescue workers [in groups such as Army of Islam among others, all of which were British].

The OPCW’s conclusions were based on environmental samples, witness interviews and other data gathered by members of a fact-finding mission that visited a number of sites in Douma two weeks after the attack.”

[Ed. note: Army of Islam was one of the groups, all of which were British, that alleged the April 2018 Douma, Syria so-called attack:The mission of the OPCW, blocked by the Army of Islam, was to count the bodies of the victims and autopsy them. It was not authorised to enter Douma until after they had been « incinerated » – an unbelievable treatment for the bodies of Muslims, and not justified from a sanitary point of view."]

(continuing): “The watchdog also said it found no evidence of the use of nerve agents in Douma, as some initial reports suggested, nor any evidence to support the government’s claim that a local facility was being used by rebel fighters to produce chemical weapons.

In June, the OPCW was given new powers to assign blame for chemical attacks. However, it was not the mandate of the fact-finding team sent to Douma to do so.”

Added: In April 2018 without evidence that a chemical attack even took place (OPCW investigation into whether an event happened wouldn’t be completed until Feb. 2019) and even then would include no claim as to who was responsible, Trump immediately announced that US taxpayers would bomb Syria with nice and new and “smart”” missiles:

OPCW is a UN group: “The OPCW’s mission, as explained by the United Nations today, can determine the facts, but has no mandate to identify those responsible.”

4/12/2018, Bolivia requests Security Council meeting after Trump threat to Syria, EFE News Service via PanamaToday.com

“The OPCW’s mission, as explained by the United Nations today, can determine the facts, but has no mandate to identify those responsible.

The United States [without evidence that an attack with banned chemical weapons even took place, much less who was responsible] and its allies blame the [elected government of] Syrian regime for the alleged attack occurred last weekend, while Russia argues that it has been staged to justify an attack against the Al Asad government….

The Security Council also rejected…a second text submitted by Moscow to express support for the investigation that the experts of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) are going to carry out on what happened in Duma [Douma, Syria]….

Bolivia called today for a meeting of the UN Security Council to analyze the tensions concerning Syria, following the threat of a military action launched by the United States in response to the alleged last weekend’s chemical attack….

The Bolivian request comes after President Donald Trump warned Russia today”...

[Ed. note: Less than 5 days after this 4/7/2018 alleged chemical event in Douma, Syria–about which no substantiating evidence could yet possibly exist as to 1) whether an attack actually took place, or 2) who is to blame if it did happen–in a country not a threat to the US but which the US has illegally invaded and continues to illegally occupy–and Trump speaking with absolute certainty accuses another country, Russia, of carrying out this deadly chemical attack in Douma, Syria and tells Russia the US will rain down especially deadly violence in Syria as payback to Russia. It takes months of work by OPCW to merely determine if a chemical attack has taken place at a venue. In some cases, definitive conclusions may never be reached. In the case of Douma, Syria, OPCW was not allowed access to the area in a timely fashion, was blocked by an Islamic group, Army of Islam, which insisted on first incinerating bodies from the area. As it happens, Army of Islam was one of the groups, all of whom were British, which alleged the so-called attack: The mission of the OPCW, blocked by the Army of Islam, was to count the bodies of the victims and autopsy them. It was not authorised to enter Douma until after they had been « incinerated » – an unbelievable treatment for the bodies of Muslims, and not justified from a sanitary point of view. When it’s finally allowed into an area, assuming enough evidence remains for it to do necessary work, and reports after months of study that a banned chemical event likely has or has not taken place, OPCW has no mandate from the UN to assess blame. It wasn’t until Feb. 27, 2019 that OPCW made its report on Douma, which per its UN mission, didn’t say who was responsible. Yet in early April 2018 Trump blamed Assad and Russia and on April 14, 2018 committed mass murder by launching a rain of bombs on Syria.]

Added: Report: Assessment by the engineering sub-team of the OPCW Fact-Finding Mission investigating the alleged chemical attack in Douma in April 2018,” Working Group on Syria, Propaganda, and Media

“Introduction

In our Briefing note on the Final Report of the OPCW Fact-Finding Mission on the Douma incident, we noted that the FFM had sought assessments in October 2018 from unidentified engineering experts on the “the trajectory and damage to the cylinders found at Locations 2 and 4”. The Final Report provided no explanation for why the FFM had not sought engineering assessments in April 2018, when the experts could have inspected the sites with cylinders in position, rather than six months later when inspection of the sites with cylinders in position was no longer possible and the assessments had to rely on images and measurements obtained by others. We raised this as an obvious anomaly.

OPCW staff members have communicated with the Working Group. We have learned that an investigation was undertaken by an engineering sub-team of the FFM, beginning with on-site inspections in April-May 2018, followed by a detailed engineering analysis including collaboration on computer modelling studies with two European universities. The report of this investigation was excluded from the published Final Report of the Fact-Finding Mission, which referred only to assessments sought from unidentified “engineering experts” commissioned in October 2018 and obtained in December 2018.

A copy of a 15-page Executive Summary of this report with the title “Engineering Assessment of two cylinders observed at the Douma incident” has been passed to us and we have posted it here. Please download and share this document via your own server if you link to it, so as not to overload our server.
We are studying this document, and encourage others with relevant expertise to contribute.”…

Added:

“The conclusion of the Engineering Assessment is unequivocal: the “alternative hypothesis” that the cylinders were manually placed in position is “the only plausible explanation for observations at the scene”.

Our last Briefing Note listed two other key findings:

*It is no longer seriously disputed that the hospital scene was staged: there are multiple eyewitness reports supported by video evidence

*The case fatality rate of 100%, with no attempt by the victims to escape, is unlike any recorded chlorine attack.
Taken together, these findings establish beyond reasonable doubt that the alleged chemical attack in Douma on 7 April 2018 was staged.

This raises the question of where and how did the 35 victims seen in the images recorded at location 2 die? The images show signs of acute inhalation injury with blood and mucus flowing from the nose and mouth of most victims. Even though faces had apparently been washed to remove most of the mucus, yellow staining of the skin remained.

A few weeks before the release of the Final Report, two journalists appeared to suggest that there had been an earlier chemical attack somewhere else in Douma, perhaps attempting to prepare a fallback position in case the Final Report were to indicate that the scenes at Location 2 and 4 had been staged. This is to say the least an implausible explanation of the staging at Locations 2 and 4 – why move the bodies of the victims to Location 2 for a staged scene, rather than show the real chemical attack scene if there was one?

As emphasized above, in a real chemical attack with chlorine or any other irritant gas, most victims would try to escape and non-fatal cases requiring prolonged hospital treatment would far outnumber fatal cases. The images of the victims seen at Location 2 show that they were evidently exposed to an irritant gas but were unable to escape. A careful examination of these images leaves little doubt that the victims were murdered as captives. [All of these murders took place with a single target in mind: US taxpayers]. The staining of the victims’ faces by mucus flowing from their noses and mouths shows in at least some cases the mucus flowed up their faces towards the eyes. This implies that they were hung upside down while exposed to the agent. Bizarrely, the eyes of most victims appear to have been masked so that the eyes were not affected by gas or mucus. In a few victims there are visible strap marks suggesting that the eyes were protected by something like swimming goggles. A possible motive for masking the eyes may have been to make it less obvious that the victims had suffered prolonged exposure to an irritant gas.

We conclude that the staging of the Douma incident entailed mass murder of at least 35 civilians to provide the bodies at Location 2. It follows from this that people dressed as White Helmets and endorsed by the leadership of that organization had a key role in this murder.

We note that the Douma incident was the first alleged chemical attack in Syria where OPCW investigators were able to carry out an unimpeded on-site inspection. Since 2014, OPCW Fact-Finding Missions investigating alleged chemical attacks in opposition-held territory have relied for evidence on witnesses and materials collected by opposition-linked NGOs of doubtful provenance, including the CBRN Task Force, the Chemical Violations Documentation Centre Syria, and the White Helmets.

Even for the investigation of the Ghouta incident in 2013, the OPCW-WHO mission was able to visit the the alleged attack sites for only a few hours, and was under the close supervision of the armed opposition. For those who until now have been prepared to accept the findings of OPCW Fact-Finding Missions that did not include on-site inspections, the finding that the Douma incident was staged, based on a careful on-site inspection, should cast doubt on the findings of these earlier Missions.

4 The hijacking of OPCW

In our last Briefing Note, we concluded by asserting that It is doubtful whether [OPCW’s] reputation as an impartial monitor of compliance with the Chemical Weapons Convention can be restored without radical reform of its governance and working practices”. The new information we have removes all doubt that the organization has been hijacked at the top by France, UK and the US. We have no doubt that most OPCW staff continue to do their jobs professionally, and that some who are uneasy about the direction that the organization has taken nevertheless wish to protect its reputation. However what is at stake here is more than the reputation of the organization: the staged incident in Douma provoked a missile attack by the US, UK and France on 14 April 2018 that could have led to all-out war.

The cover-up of evidence that the Douma incident was staged is not merely misconduct. As the staging of the Douma incident entailed mass murder of civilians, those in OPCW who have suppressed the evidence of staging are, unwittingly or otherwise, colluding with mass murder. We think that in most jurisdictions the legal duty to disclose the cover-up of such a crime would override any confidentiality agreement with an employer.

We would welcome legal opinions on this, given publicly, by those with relevant expertise. OPCW employees have to sign a strict confidentiality agreement, and face instant dismissal and loss of pension rights if they breach this agreement. We would welcome any initiative to set up a legal defence fund for OPCW staff members who come forward publicly as whistleblowers.

Image: George W. Bush jokes as he looks around his office for WMDs, still can’t find any: 3/26/2004,Bush’s Iraq WMDs joke backfires,” BBC: “At a black-tie dinner for journalists, Mr Bush narrated a slide show poking fun at himself and other members of his administration. One pictured Mr Bush looking under a piece of furniture in the Oval Office, at which the president remarked: “Those weapons of mass destruction have got to be here somewhere. After another one, showing him scouring the corner of a room, Mr Bush said: “No, no weapons over there,” he said. And as a third picture, this time showing him leaning over, appeared on the screen the president was heard to say: “Maybe under here?””

Chlorine disperses in the open air. It can only kill in a confined space. This is why it has never been listed as a prohibited.”

3/5/19, From Iraqi weapons of mass destruction to Syrian chemical weapons, Thierry Meyssan, Voltaire

“In a report dated 1 March 2019, the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) attests to the fact that there were never any prohibited chemical substances in Douma (Syria) during the attack of 7 April 2018. The reprisal tripartite bombing (United States, France, United Kingdom) was therefore unjustified. This scandal is exactly identical to the story of the bogus Iraqi weapons of mass destruction. It will be followed by many other items of fake news as long as the West continues to trust their medias.”

“The behaviour of Western journalists is particularly strange – they copy the allegations made by their political leaders by treating them a priori as founded in truth, but do not take into account the contrary interpretations offered by many international instances. They reveal themselves to be incapable of questioning the fake news in which they wallow.

The justification for the destruction of Iraq

Thus, in 2003, they unanimously parroted the allegations of George W. Bush, according to which Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction. Then they copied the lies of Tony Blair, according to which Iraq possessed missile launchers capable of reaching the West in 45 minutes and killing the population by spraying combat gases. And finally, they adopted the fairy tales told by Secretary of State Colin Powell, according to which Iraq was hiding Oussama ben Laden.

However, at the same time, the United Nations Monitoring, Verification and Inspection Commission (UNMOVIC) stated that there was no doubt that the allegations of Messrs Bush and Blair were false. This Commission was the only organisation which had been allowed access to Iraqi territory, and had been able to realise all the verifications it wanted. Neither the CIA nor MI6, which contradicted the Commission, had enjoyed such an opportunity.

Let’s remember, by the way, that Jacques Chirac’s France was opposed to the war on Iraq. But it chose to use the argument that « War is always the worst of solutions », and not the argument that the Anglo-Saxon accusations were clearly untrue, as the UNMOVIC had revealed.

Today, we remake History with films and TV series. We agree to admit that we have been tricked. But we pretend that the US and UK Intelligence services were manipulated by their political leaders, and that no-one had any way of knowing. This is untrue, and it is enough to study the Press of that time to see that they were all in league in their attempt to attempt to discredit the Director of the UN Commission, Swedish politician Hans Blix, who dared to stand up to to the greatest world power of that time. That is what the Chilcot Commission was supposed to establish, thirteen years later [1].

Identically, we never mention the accusations hurled by Colin Powell at the UN Security Council [2], according which Oussama ben Laden was living in Baghdad en 2002, and that his lieutenants still lived there, busy making ricin. Since Iraq, they claimed, they were preparing attacks in France, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Germany and Russia. There was therefore a state of emergency.

However, believing this rubbish supposes that one knows nothing about the Ba’ath party in power in Iraq. Thus, rather than admit their ignorance, the Western journalists preferred to forget the episode.

The complicity between the medias has not changed

Nothing has changed since the attack on Baghdad by the United States and their allies – the medias have lied once again, deliberately this time, in order to hide their previous involuntary lie. They all prefer to tell us how they were abused.

Not one of them has admitted to professional misconduct by minimising the advice of UN experts.

Historians who have studied war propaganda have shown that those who seek war always build up an incredible quantity of proof and false witness accounts. Although all journalists recognise that « the first victim of war is Truth » (Rudyard Kipling), not one of them has yet tried to develop a method which would protect them from being intoxicated once again. And yet it’s quite simple – it’s enough to keep a cool head, and when everyone else gets excited, do not hesitate to swim against the current and do your job, always remembering to check your sources. This is what we have done, and it has earned us the title of « conspiracy theorists ».

The justification for the war against Syria

So, concerning the war on Syria, everyone continues to believe unquestioningly that the events began as a « revolution against a dictatorship », and that the « régime » had responded by « massacring its own people » using « tortures », « barrel bombs » and « chemical weapons », which forced the population to turn to violence. All of this is either stupid (as was the case of the phoney invitation of Oussama Ben Laden by President Saddam Hussein), or else denied by various international missions (as with the UNMOVIC).

The « revolution against the dictatorship » has been formally contradicted by the only organisation capable of judging the situation – an international mission by the Arab League which was authorised to travel everywhere in Syria, and which had the personnel numerous enough to cover the whole territory (24 December 2011 to 18 January 2012) [3]. But journalists always prefer to believe Western governments rather than the organisations which have the means of verifying.

The photographs of people who died under « torture », blamed on Syria by the Caesar Report, are in reality photographs of people who died under torture by the jihadists. We only need to think for a moment – Caesar declared he took them for the Syrian Arab Army, but did not know the identity of the dead. What purpose could it serve for Damascus to establish a photographic file with absolutely no information on the victims?

The « barrel bombs » are a legend which is equally stupid – why would the Syrian Arab Army use hand-made bombs when it possesses sophisticated bombs supplied by Russia?

After the Iraqi weapons of mass destruction, the Syrian chemical weapons

The most interesting point here is the accusation of the use of chemical weapons. The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) handed in its report on 1 March 2019. It had been tasked with establishing the truth about the alleged attack of 7 April 2018 in Douma, which was unilaterally sanctioned by the bombing of Syria by the United States, France and the United Kingdom the following week. The OPCW report is a pearl. Although it does not say so explicitly, it confirms point by point that the whole affair is a montage.

Let’s note that after the attack on the Ghouta five years earlier, Syria joined the Chemical Weapons Convention. Its stocks of chemical weapons had been stored under guard, then destroyed by the United States and Russia, under the control of the OPCW. Pretending that Damascus still possessed chemical weapons after this work of destruction is above all contesting the work accomplished by the Hague, Moscow and Washington.

In 2018, the State Department claimed that it had credible proof of the « use of Sarin gas by Syria »…, while Russia denounced a spectacle commanded by the United Kingdom.

None.

However, the organisation admits that two shells may have been fired on the site of the alleged contamination, and that they may have contained a chlorinated toxic substance. Chlorine disperses in the open air. It can only kill in a confined space. This is why it has never been listed as a prohibited weapon, and is used by everyone as a household cleaning product.

Let’s also note that the Army of Islam (Jaych al-Islam) is the « democratic » organisation which decapitated, with production-line efficiency, « Bachar’s dogs » (meaning the Syrians who refused to vilify the heretic President Bachar el-Assad) [4]). It won celebrity by condemning to death the Syrians found guilty of homosexuality and throwing them off the rooftops. It was the Army of Islam’s chief, Mohamed Allouche, supported by the Western powers, who presided the delegation of the « moderate opposition » at the UN negotiations in Geneva.

In short, the bombing of Syria by the United States, France and the United Kingdom was not only a violation of international Law, but was also unjustified.

The treatment of the OPCW report by the Press

If the Western Press were honest, it would have published a faithful rendition of the OPCW report. This was not the case. The Anglo-Saxon journalists remained curiously silent, only mentioning the information in passing. Their French counterparts were more specious.

They stated that in the past, a report by the OPCW/UN Joint Mechanism had confirmed the use of chemical weapons by Syria. But they omitted to note that the UN Security Council had rejected this report because the Mechanism had not respected the rules of the OPCW.

Others pretended that the mission had established the use of chlorine in Douma. They forgot to specify that the OPCW considered it probable that a toxic agent containing chlorine was used as a weapon, and was possibly dispersed by two shells. They especially avoided mentioning that in the open air, chlorine is not a lethal poison, but an irritant – the reason it is not classified as a prohibited chemical weapon.

You are probably wondering why these Press articles escaped your notice, and why you have never heard any apologies from Mrs. May and Messrs. Macron and Trump? Simply because the Press is not doing its job of informing the public, and the Western leaders are without honour.”
