Attack of the Transphobic Putin-Nazi Truckers! Trudeau says Freedom Convoy is about “antisemitism, Islamophobia, anti-Black racism, homophobia, and transphobia.” CBC suspects “Russian actors”-CJ Hopkins

 .

2/5/22, “Attack of the Transphobic Putin-Nazi Truckers!," CJ Hopkins, Off Guardian

“They rolled up on Ottawa’s Parliament Hill like one of the plagues in the Book of Revelations, honking their infernal air horns, the grills of their tractors grinning demonically, the sides of their dry vans painted with blasphemies like “FREEDOM TO CHOOSE,” “MANDATE FREEDOM,” “NO VACCINE MANDATES,” and “UNITED AGAINST TYRANNY.”

Yes, that’s right, New Normal Canada has been invaded and now is under siege by hordes of transphobic Putin-Nazi truckers, racist homophobes, anti-Semitic Islamaphobes, and other members of the working classes!

According to the corporate media, these racist, Russia-backed, working-class berserkers are running amok through the streets of Ottawa, waving giant “swastika flags,” defecating on war memorialssacking multi-million-dollar “soup kitchens,”and eating the food  right out of homeless people’s mouths.

Rumor has it, a kill-squad of truckers has been prowling the postnatal wards of hospitals, looking for Kuwaiti babies to yank out of their incubators.

I know, this is Canada, so that sounds a little dubious, but this has all been thoroughly fact-checked by the fact checkers at the New Normal Ministry of Truth…you know, the ones that fact-checked Russiagate, and the Attempted Putin-Nazi Insurrection of January 6 at the US Capitol, and the safety and effectiveness of the Covid “vaccines,” and the masks, and the inflated Covid statistics, and the rest of the official Covid narrative.

Or just take it from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau…

Now, this is the actual prime minister of Canada, not just some woke fanatic on Twitter. He was tweeting from his fortified Covid Bunker in an undisclosed location somewhere in the Yukon, or possibly the United States, where he fled as the transphobic Putin-Nazi truckers rolled up outside his office in Ottawa.

Trudeau had vowed to stand and fight, but he had no choice but to flee the capital after he mysteriously tested positive for Covid (which also might have been the work of the Russians, possibly the same professional team of weed-smoking, hooker-banging Novichok assassins that got to the Skripals back in 2018).

Russian involvement has not yet been confirmed by the ex-CIA and NSA officials posing as “analysts” on CNN, but according to the CBC:

“there’s concern that Russian actors could be continuing to fuel things as the protest grows, and perhaps even instigating it from the outset.”

And, in light of the exposure of Putin’s plot to produce a “very graphic” false-flag video “involving the deployment of corpses” as a pretext to invade the Ukraine and set off nuclear Armageddon, or at least a raft of economic sanctions and DEFCON 1-level bellicose verbiage, it’s possible that the entire “Covid pandemic” was an elaborate Putin-Nazi ruse designed to bring down the Trudeau government, and sabotage the implementation of the New Normal global-segregation system, and the compulsory mRNA “vaccination” of every man, woman, and child on earth, and “democracy,” and transgender rights…or whatever.

But, seriously, this is where we are at the moment. We are in that dangerous, absurdist end-stage of the collapse of a totalitarian system or movement where chaos reigns and anything can happen. The official Covid narrative is rapidly evaporating.

More and more people are taking to the streets to demand an end to whole fascist charadeno, not “transphobic white supremacists” or “anti-vax extremists,” or “Russian-backed Nazis,” but working-class people of all colors and creeds, families, with children, all over the world.

The Covidian Cult has lost control. Even hardcore mask-wearing, social-distancing, triple-vaxxed-double-boosted members are defecting. Formerly fanatical New Normal fascists are mass-deleting their 2020 tweets and switching uniforms as fast as they can. No, it isn’t over yet, but the jig is up, and GloboCap knows it. And their functionaries in government know it.

And therein lies the current danger.

There is a narrow window — a month or two, maybe — for governments to declare “victory over the virus” and roll back their segregation systems, mask-wearing mandates, “vaccine” mandates, and the rest of the so-called “Covid restrictions.” Many governments are already doing so, England, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, Ireland, etc.

They have seen which way the wind is blowing, and they are rushing to dismantle the New Normal in their countries before…well, you know, before a convoy of angry truckers arrives at their doors.

If they let that happen, they will find themselves in the unenviable position that Trudeau is now in. The Canadian truckers appear to be serious about staying there until their demands are met, which means Trudeau only has two options:

  1. give in to the truckers’ demands, or
  2. attempt to remove them by force. There’s already talk about bringing in the military. Imagine what an unholy mess that would be. Odds are, the military would disobey his orders, and, if not, the world would be treated to the spectacle of full-blown New Normal Fascism in action.

Either way, Trudeau is history, as long as the truckers stand their ground. I pray they do not give an inch, and I hope the leaders of other New Normal countries, like Australia, Germany, Austria, Italy, and France, are paying close attention.

Some of my readers will probably remember a previous column in which I wrote:

This isn’t an abstract argument over ‘the science.’ It is a fight … a political, ideological fight. On one side is democracy, on the other is totalitarianism. Pick a fucking side, and live with it.”

This is it. This is that fight. It is not a protest. It is a game of chicken. A high-stakes game of political chicken. In the end, politics comes down to power. The power to force your will on your adversary. GloboCap has been forcing the New Normal on people around the world for the past two years.

What we are witnessing in Canada is the power of the people, the power the people have always had, and which we will always have, when we decide to use it … the power to shut down the whole GloboCap show, city after city if necessary.

So get out there and support the Canadian transphobic Putin-Nazi truckers … or your local transphobic Putin-Nazi truckers. Don’t worry if you don’t have a swastika flag.

The agents provocateurs and the official propagandists in the corporate media will take care of that!”…Top image of Putin driving a truck from Off Guardian

Since truckers are essential workers, why not exempt them from one-size-fits-all regulations? As it is, most of their time is spent in isolation. Answer: Because this is government’s fight to the death. This is all they have left.

Struggling US taxpayers are forced to fund biolabs and bio experiments in “allied” countries such as Ukraine and Georgia per public and non-public documents. Lugar Center in Tbilisi already known for deadly results-Dilyana

 .

“Another DTRA contractor operating in Ukraine is CH2M Hill. The American company has been awarded a $22.8 million contract (2020-2023) [govtribe link] for the reconstruction and equipment of two biolaboratories: the State Scientific Research Institute of Laboratory Diagnostics and Veterinary-Sanitary Expertise (Kyiv ILD) and the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection Regional Diagnostic Laboratory (Odesa RDL).”

[Image] “The US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) program in the Republic of Georgia. Photo: Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia”

While the US is planning to increase its military presence in Eastern Europe to “protect its allies against Russia”, internal documents show what American “protection” in practical terms means.

The Pentagon has conducted biological experiments with a potentially lethal outcome on 4,400 soldiers in Ukraine and 1,000 soldiers in Georgia. According to leaked documents, all volunteer deaths should be reported within 24 h (in Ukraine) and 48 h (in Georgia).

Both countries are considered the most loyal US partners in the region with a number of Pentagon programs being implemented in their territory. One of them is the $2.5 billion Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Biological engagement program which includes research on bio agents, deadly viruses and antibiotic-resistant bacteria being studied on the local population.

Project GG-21: “All volunteer deaths will be promptly reported”

The Pentagon has launched a 5-year long project with a possible extension of up to 3 years code-named GG-21: “Arthropod-borne and zoonotic infections among military personnel in Georgia”. According to the project’s description, blood samples will be obtained from 1,000 military recruits at the time of their military registration physical exam at the Georgian military hospital located in Gori.

The samples will be tested for antibodies against fourteen pathogens:

  • Bacillus anthracis
  • Brucella
  • CCHF virus
  • Coxiella burnetii
  • Francisella tularensis
  • Hantavirus
  • Rickettsia species
  • TBE virus
  • Bartonella species
  • Borrelia species
  • Ehlrichia species
  • Leptospira species
  • Salmonella typhi
  • WNV

The amount of blood drawn will be 10 ml. Samples will be stored indefinitely at the NCDC (Lugar Center) or USAMRU-G and aliquots might be sent to WRAIR headquarters in US for future research studies. Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) is the largest biomedical research facility administered by the U.S. Department of Defense. The results of the blood testing will not be provided to the study participants….

According to the GG-21 project report, “all volunteer deaths will be promptly reported” to the Georgian military hospital and WRAIR, USA.

The soldiers’ blood samples will be stored and further tested at the Lugar Center, a $180 million Pentagon-funded facility in Georgia’s capital Tbilisi.

The Lugar Center has become notorious in the last years for controversial activities, laboratory incidents and scandals surrounding the US drug giant Gilead’s Hepatitis C program in Georgia which has resulted in at least 248 deaths of patients. The cause of death in the majority of cases has been listed as unknown, internal documents have shown.

The Georgian project GG-21 has beenfunded by DTRA and implemented by American military scientists from a special US Army unit code-namedUSAMRU-G who operate in the Lugar Center.

They have been given diplomatic immunity in Georgia to research bacteria, viruses and toxins without being diplomats. This unit is subordinate to the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR).

Documents obtained from the US Federal contracts registry [“RFI: Research and Laboratory Services Support to The Lugar Center, Republic of Georgia and Azerbaijan and the US European Command (USEUCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR)] show that USAMRU-G is expanding its activities to other US allies in the region and is “establishing expeditionary capabilities” in Georgia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Latvia and any future locations. The next USAMRU-G project involving biological tests on soldiers is due to start in March of this year [2022] at the Bulgarian Military Hospital in Sofia….

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has funded a similar project involving soldiers in Ukraine code-named UP-8: The spread of  Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever (CCHF) virus and hantaviruses in Ukraine and the potential need for differential diagnosis in patients with suspected leptospirosis. The project started in 2017 and was extended few times until 2020, internal documents show.

According to the project’s description, blood samples will be collected from 4,400 healthy soldiers in Lviv, Kharkov, Odesa and Kyiv. 4,000 of these samples will be tested for antibodies against hantaviruses, and 400 of them – for the presence of antibodies against Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever (CCHF) virus. The results of the blood testing will not be provided to the study participants.

There is no information as to what other procedures will be performed except that “serious incidents, including deaths should be reported within 24 hours. All deaths of study subjects that are suspected or known to be related to the research procedures should be brought to the attention of the bioethics committees in the USA and Ukraine.”… Source: ukr-leaks.org….

DTRA has allocated $80 million for biological research in Ukraine as of 30 July 2020, [below] according to information obtained from the US Federal contracts registry. Tasked with the program is the US company Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp.

Another DTRA contractor operating in Ukraine is CH2M Hill. The American company has been awarded a $22.8 million contract (2020-2023) [govtribe link] for the reconstruction and equipment of two biolaboratories:  the State Scientific Research Institute of Laboratory Diagnostics and Veterinary-Sanitary Expertise (Kyiv ILD) and the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection Regional Diagnostic Laboratory (Odesa RDL).

US personnel are indemnified for deaths and injuries to the local population

The DTRA activities in Georgia and Ukraine fall under the protection of special bilateral agreements. According to these agreements, Georgia and Ukraine shall hold harmless, bring no legal proceedings and indemnify the United States and its personnel, contractors and contractors’ personnel, for damage to property, or death or injury to any persons in Georgia and Ukraine, arising out of activities under this Agreement. If DTRA-sponsored scientists cause deaths or injuries to the local population they cannot be held to account.

Furthermore, according to the US-Ukraine Agreement, claims by third parties for deaths and injuries in Ukraine, arising out of the acts or omissions of any employees of the United States related to work under this Agreement, shall be the responsibility of Ukraine.”

New York City Covid cases slow to a trickle per NY State data-Patch, 1/31/22

 .

1/31/22, “NYC COVID Cases Down 94% From Omicron Peak, Data Shows,” Patch.com, Matt Troutman, NY City

“The city saw nearly 48,000 COVID-19 cases in a single day at the surge’s peak. Daily cases fell to 3,000 as January ended, data shows.”

Just 3,000 New Yorkers [from NY City] tested positive for the coronavirus on Saturday, according to [NY] state health data.

That’s a 95 percent drop from the omicron surge’s peak, when nearly 48,000 people fell ill in a single day, data shows.

Mayor Eric Adams on Sunday highlighted the substantial drop in daily new infections.

“Not only is New York City winning in the fight against COVID-19, but we are bringing even more help right to New Yorkers’ front doors to continue beating this pandemic,” he said in a statement.

The “help” Adams promised will come in the form of free COVID-19 antiviral pills delivered to New Yorkers who test positive for the virus and are at higher risk from the illness.

The pills approved by the FDA — Paxlovid and Molnupiravirare taken orally for five days and help prevent symptoms from getting worse, officials said.

Supply of pills is limited, but eligible New Yorkers with symptoms and who test positive can obtain them by contacting their health care provider, or calling 311 to be connected to medical care, regardless of immigration status or ability to pay, officials said. They can also call 212-COVID19 or visit ExpressCare and click on “Talk to a Doctor Now” to speak with a physician.

The COVID-19 treatments and falling cases numbers could presage another return to relative normal in the pandemic.

The omicron surge’s speed, as well the variant’s high transmissibility, shocked New Yorkers who had thought the coronavirus pandemic’s end was in sight. Many city dwellers found themselves withdrawing from everyday life to avoid the virus and standing for hours for testing.”

US Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield tells UN Security Council US has spent $5 billion helping Ukraine-Joe Lauria…(So what? She has no idea that the $5 billion was seized from US taxpayers who’d be jailed if they said I won’t pay for US wars)

 .

The United States “asked [on 1/27] that the United Nations Security Council meet publicly on Monday [1/31] to discuss…Ukraine.”…”The meeting didn’t yield any action or even a joint statement.” But, “President Biden hailed the [public] meeting as a “critical step in rallying the world.””

“U.S. Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield…said the U.S. had spent $5 billion [US taxpayer dollars] since 2014 so that Ukraine would be “prepared” for a Russian invasion.”

Therefore what? Just because you have enslaved US taxpayers from whom you can steal $5 billion, taxpayers who’d be jailed if they withheld funds from your criminal operations including annexation of one third of Syria? The UN doesn’t exist. Everyone is on the US taxpayer funded war industry gravy train which includes lavish, multi-million dollar military “exercises” (such as were held in Norway in 2018) and the latest weapons or walls on every border in the world except the US border.

………….

2/1/22, Perilous Gulf Widens Between Russia & US at the UN,” Consortium News, Joe Lauria

Russian Ambassador Vassily Nebenzia pointed out that even Ukraine’s president had asked the U.S. not to stir up panic. “Ukraine talked of the lack of a threat from Russia,” Nebenzia said. “We should not use the rostrum of the Security Council to push forward the propaganda of our colleague,” meaning the American ambassador.

U.S. Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield answered Nebenzia by saying the meeting was “not about antics and not about rhetoric,” and also “not about the U.S. and Russia, but peace and security about one of our member states.” She said the U.S. had spent $5 billion since 2014 so that Ukraine would be “prepared for a Russian invasion….

The U.S. ambassador said if the Security Council “stands for anything, [it] stands for the principle that one country cannot simply redraw another country’s borders by force, or make another country’s people live under a government they did not choose.”

As any student of recent history or any astute newspaper reader understands, the United States, with its long history of coups, including by military invasions and occupations, has made many “country’s people live under a government they did not choose.”…

Thomas-Greenfield then accused Russia of shunning diplomacy, when it was Russia who asked for diplomatic meetings with the U.S. in Geneva and NATO in Brussels….

[Russian Ambassador] Nebenzia responded by saying that Russia is witness to a “very unusual situation” even in “these crazy times.”

“Relocation of troops within our own national territory, which happened many times before on a larger or smaller scale and was never regarded hysterically,” he said, “as well as the relocation of military personnel … stationed in their garrisons rather than at the Ukrainian-Russian border, is considered by our American and Western colleagues as a confirmation of [an] allegedly planned military campaign … of Russia against Ukraine that is about to start in the next couple of weeks if not days.”

Nebenzia added: “At the same time, they provide no proof to back such grave allegations.” The U.S. has released satellite photographs of Russian military installations on Russian soil, with no indication of how close to Ukraine they are.  Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told the press on Friday that Ukrainian intelligence interpreted the satellite images differently than the U.S. and saw no readiness for invasion.

Nebenzia said: “Our Western colleagues say that de-escalation is needed, but they are the first to build up tension, enhance rhetoric and escalate the situation. Talks about an imminent war are provocative per se. It might seem you call for it, want it and wait for it to come, as if you wanted your allegations to come true.”

He refuted Thomas-Greenfield’s assertion that Russia has threatened an invasion. “No Russian politician or public figure has uttered any threat about a planned invasion of Ukraine,” Nebenzia said.  And then the Russian ambassador pointed out what no one else in the chamber would, least of all Thomas-Greenfield.

“Had it not been for our Western colleagues who provoked and supported a deadly unconstitutional coup in Ukraine in 2014 that gave power to nationalists, radicals, Russophobes and Nazis, Russia and Ukraine would have lived as good neighbors engaged in mutually beneficial cooperation up until this day,” he said.

“Someone in the West, however, seems to hate such a scenario. What happens today is another attempt to drive a wedge between Russia and Ukraine,” Nebenzia said.…

Turning the tables on the U.S., the Russian ambassador asked the council which country was the real threat to international peace and security:

The maneuvers that the United States undertook to convene this meeting look especially inadequate and hypocritical against the fact that it is Americans who have record rates of military presence outside their national territory. American military officers, advisers, and weapons (including nuclear) are often located thousands of kilometers away from Washington. To say nothing of the fact that American military [ad]ventures claimed dozens and hundreds [of thousands] of  lives of people in the countries to which they were bringing peace and democracy.

The United States repeatedly (i.a. in the recent years) used force against other states without Security Council consent. Their toolkit includes unilateral sanctions and coercive measures, as well as threats that they regard as a verdict of some sort of Supreme Court and try to make everyone deliver on them.

As reported by American experts, 84 out of 193 UN member states have been subjected to US occupation or aggression to some degree. In the course of 20th and 21st centuries, American troops have been deployed in one way or another in 191 states.

According to open-sourced data from the Internet, the United States maintains approximately 750 military bases in more than 80 states of the world. The total number of US [taxpayer funded] military servicemen abroad amounts to 175 thousand, more than 60 thousand of them are deployed in Europe. The US military budget in 2020 stood at

778 billion dollars, whereas the Russian – at only

61 billion dollars,

which is 12 times less. All these examples are clear and concrete threats to the international peace and security.”

In a right of reply, Thomas-Greenfield said she was “disappointed” by Nebenzia’s “false equivalency” — the stock line from the Cold War, which says it is false to equate U.S. behavior with the aggression of others. “There are no plans to weaken Russia,” she said. “Welcome Russia as a responsible member of the international community,” which means, of course, following the Washington Consensus.

Nebenzia then replied that he had not heard one word from Thomas-Greenfield about the Minsk agreements “and that is very indicative.”…

Between NATO and Russia

Martin Kimani, Kenya’s U.N. envoy, said what is clear to anyone who is not under the spell of the U.S.: that “the main issue in this crisis is between NATO and Russia.”

Kimani said: “Where there are disputes we support patient diplomacy as the first, second and third options.”  He said “when it involves major powers there  must be comprise. NATO and Russia have an opportunity to resolve their differences.”

The Kenyan envoy warned about a “new age” of “containment, provocation and proxy action.”

“We experienced that,” he said. “The Cold War deeply damaged our Africa. When elephants fight it is the grass that suffers.”

Gabon’s ambassador, Michel Xavier Biang, denounced the “alarming rhetoric of war” and pointed out what the Ukrainian ambassador would not, namely that the “Ukrainian president said to refrain from whipping up panic.”

Brazil’s permanent representative, Ambassador Ronaldo Costa Filho, said: “Brazil…highlights the need for good-faith in order to address legitimate security concerns of all parties, including Russia’s and Ukraine’s.”

Mexico was skeptical of Russia, saying, “It was encouraging to hear from the Russian representative that he reiterated there is no planned invasion.”…

China Asks, ‘What War?’

As Russia’s most important ally, China’s U.N. ambassador, Zhang Jun, said: “Some countries led by the U.S. have claimed that there is a looming war in Ukraine. Russia has repeatedly stated that it has no plans to launch any military action. And Ukraine has made it clear that it does not need a war. Under such circumstances, what is the basis for the countries concerned to insist that there would be a war?”

Zhang said that at a time when dialogue and negotiations are underway, and concrete progress has yet to be made, the holding of such an open meeting by the council is clearly not conducive to creating a favorable environment for dialogue and negotiations, nor is it conducive to defusing the tensions.”

Zhang also called for Russia’s concerns about NATO to be respected:

“The expansion of NATO is a problem....NATO is the product of the Cold War, and NATO expansion epitomizes bloc politics. We believe that the security of one country should not be achieved at the expense of the security of other countries. Still less should regional security rely on strengthening or even expanding military blocs. Today in the 21st century, all parties should completely abandon the Cold War mentality and come up with a balanced, effective and sustainable European security mechanism through negotiations, with Russia’s legitimate security concerns being taken seriously and addressed.”…

It [NATO] is an organization that has ventured far outside its European theater of operations to launch aggressive actions against

Yugoslavia,

Afghanistan and

Libya,

as well as conducting drills simulating attack near Russia’s borders.”...

Thank you Joe. Great summary. I watched part of the proceedings. Russia’s ambassador was clear and factual. In contrast, America’s ambassador determinedly, almost comically, steered clear of anything factual in order to support her claims of unmitigated Russian aggression. Not surprising when there are no facts to support her case.

Her entire posture was simply that the US owns the United Nations and will do what it wants….

To note at home, the US has spent over 5 billion on Ukraine since fomenting a coup against its democratically elected leader in 2014 so it could lead Ukraine to its present crisis as a Washington pawn against Russia. Meanwhile the US Congress is even now hard at work, led by the Democratic controlled House, on legislation to send 200 billion more in arms and support for a war that should it come will devastate the Ukrainian people….It’s simply hard to comprehend. I guess all this money, for war at least, has just been lying around waiting for Ms. Nuland to give the word….

Does anyone still think that the US government gives a shit about its own citizens, or even for something as fundamental as infrastructure? Apparently anything that may be of any help whatsoever in supporting ordinary people is taboo. No money for that! The disdain by the US government for the American public is a truly bipartisan affair. Note that it’s the Democrats that killed “build back better” and also balked on monetary relief for covid. But OMG, they both want your vote.”…

I’m sure the US feels ‘super confident’ that those two towering superpowers, er .. Norway and UKare backing them to the hilt. Especially since the UK has already admitted it will send no troops to fight in Ukraine (apart from the special forces it already has there presumably) US is really in a weak position, all it has is more sanctions which will not be effective in the long run, again.”…

Thanks Jeff, and all commentators to Joe Lauria’s intelligent, comprehensive article, “a voice in the wilderness.”….No memory today, among many Americans and Western Europeans, in terms of the great sacrifice of Russian lives to defeat Hitler during WW II. The Marshall Plan should have helped them after that war…May peace prevail.”…[“The Marshall Plan was designed to push Europeans toward political and economic cooperation-a major objective of U.S. policymakers....The Marshall Plan and other forms of foreign assistance between them cost the United States [taxpayers] $17.6 billion (or $120 billion in current [1997] value for the Marshall Plan alone)-as we said, the largest voluntary transfer of resources in history.”]

“Realist

What Washington really wants is to stoke the chaos, keep the animosities burning and even bring [US taxpayer funded] war to the region, all in an effort to destabilize not just Ukraine, which they’ve done doggedly if not masterfully, but also Russia, ultimately toppling its government so it can add the resulting pieces to its bloated American quasi-empire which is itself listing under chaos.

If Washington really wanted peace and prosperity for the people of Ukraine it would never have even started arming them to the teeth and endlessly instigating them to fight to “defend” themselves against their age-old “antagonists,” who also happen to be their thousand-year old closest relatives and historical allies. That sort of “Pax Americana” is truly the Devil’s work, not a real peace. Rather, Washington would have done what was best for Ukraine (not for the DC despots) and encouraged them to ratify the Minsk 2 Accords which their leaders had agreed to several years ago and then reneged upon, again under the bad advice and terrible example of the US government which repeatedly breaks its word and signed treaties itself. Some day, and it might be very soon, Washington is going to finally learn the lesson that others may fear you but they will never respect you for repeatedly breaking your word and dispensing lies when the truth is critically needed. They will stop appeasing you and make any sacrifice to defeat you. America’s last run of 5 or 6 presidents has proven over and again that its leaders are inveterate liars never to be trusted. I’d say the lesson is overdue.”

I appreciate the excellent summary of the so-called “debate” at the UN Security Council.

It should be noted that US President Harry Truman nowhere mentions the UN in his speech laying out The Truman Doctrine in 1947. In drafts for this address advisors to Truman referenced the UN but all such references were cut by Truman in the message presented to Congress. Such policies —and the Ukraine situation are definitely following the script—- place
the US as the sole

judge, jury and (if and when necessary) executioner.

The UN was considered by Truman to be irrelevant to US policy.”…

The meeting was a damp squib, as the diminished attention from the corporate media demonstrates. The bellicosity and hypocrisy of the U.S. is more than obvious, as is the fact the self-proclaimed hegemon has more bark than bite these days. The non-vassal consensus that the Minsk Accords are the way forward – a UN Security Council mandated process, as the Russians pointed out – was publicly repudiated the same day by Ukraine’s own security chief, who articulated the open secret: the radical far-right faction cultivated by the US and its anglo-followers (Canada / UK) rejects the compromise, rejects a federation, and will resume a violent civil war rather than participate in a democratic process.”
