IRS tells Tea Party groups to stand on their head in Macy's window, Kentucky grassroots group says violation of 1st and 4th amendments

The Silent Majority's job is to remain silent.

2/24/12, Kentucky IRS Response, Kentucky 912 group's letter to IRS saying its demands violate 1st and 4th amendments

Following are IRS requirements to Tea Party/Liberty/912 groups seeking tax exempt status equal to that enjoyed by groups like Soros funded Media Matters. Now the IRS says all groups' personal information will be posted on the internet:

"As The Blaze reported, the cover letter that was sent to the OLC (Ohio Liberty Council) by the Feds states that once they are in possession of this information from the group, then they will add all the information will be posted on the internet.
This is not constitutional, and it is an fanatical use of
power by the Obama administration.

Information requested included "details regarding all of your activity on Facebook and Twitter" and whether top officials' relatives serve in other organizations or plan to run for elective office. The IRS also sought the political affiliation of every person who has provided the group with educational services and minutes of every board meeting "since your creation.""
